Great location.

Great location. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment was clean. Limited parking and you have to be careful where you park. We chose to leave the car once parked. 20 minute walk to Ostend city centre.

Great location and a nice clean modern apartment

Excellent location to stay. The apartment was clean and modern. It was quiet as we were there out of season. Picking up the key was easy to arrange and the staff are helpful. The apartment was comfortable. Having a parking space in the underground garage was useful too. There were a few niggles. The toilet seat was the cheapest plastic affair available and was not secured properly. There was only one small sharp knife. No bread knife! The coffee machine water container dripped. We raised these issues and the staff said they would sort them out, which I am sure they will do. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again in the future.

Es roch stark nach Abfluss in der Wohnung schon beim betreten. Das ließ leider auch in den Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht nach. Wir hatte ohne Bettwäsche gebucht und musste feststellen das die Bettdecken extrem verdreckt sind. Die dürften lange keine Waschmaschine gesehen haben. "Parken kostenlos" ist ein Witz! Kostenlos ja, aber nur mehrere Querstraßen weiter. Vorm Haus ist parken kostenpflichtig. Geputzt wurden nur runde Ecken, das war deutlich zu sehen. Auf der Couch spûrt man jede Holzlatte. Bequem einen Film schauen ist eher schmerzhaft. Von schlafen ganz zu schweigen (Schlafcouch). Der Waschbeckenunterschrank ist aufgequollen. Das könnte daran liegen, daß es im Bad keinen Duschvorhang/Duschtür gibt und keine funktionierende Lüftung. Wenn man geduscht hat ist der Boden vor der Dusche bis zum Waschbecken komplett nass. Gibt ja keinen Vorhang oder Duschtür. Das ist kein Spaß, wir haben uns in die Ecke quetschen müssen damit duschen überhaupt ging. Brause über Kopf duschen ging nicht ohne danach im Bad zu schwimmen. Obwohl das Haus modern wirkt ist die Einrichtung abgewohnt. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet, Es gibt nicht Mal einen Toaster. Der Griff vom Gefrierfach ist abgebrochen, bekommt man nicht auf....uvm. Wir brauchen keine 5 Sterne, wir mögen auch Camping. Aber das ging gar nicht

Top eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, nur 100 m vom Strand entfernt.Gut ausgestattet, Küche mit Backofen und Spülmaschine. Großer Balkon vorhanden.Pool war entgegen der Beschreibung schon im Juni geöffnet.Ruhige Lage.Kann auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen werden!

Très bel appartement, moderne, spacieux et bien agencé.

Nous avons eu de gros problèmes de chauffage et avons même écourté notre séjour. Le personnel de l'agence met du temps pour résoudre le problème et semble ne pas être au courant de la situation. (chaudière enlevée). Sur 6 nuits, on a eu un jour et demi de chauffage.
