Cosy apartment in the historic center of Rouen

Welcome to this cosy, renovated 20m² duplex apartment on the ground floor; ideally located in the lively historic centre of Rouen. The apartment is close to all historical monuments and shops. Equipped with all the necessary comforts, it can accommodate 2 guests. The accommodation is ideal for couples, solo travellers, or two friends, whether for leisure or business trips; you will appreciate its location just steps from all amenities. Overlooking an interior courtyard, you will not be disturbed as the apartment is very quiet. The keys are handed over via a secure key box for self arrival and departure. The entrance leads to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes two induction hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a Senseo coffee machine, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils: plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, bowls, pots, pans, salad bowls… I have provided oil, salt, pepper, sugar, Senseo pods and tea bags.

The toilet which is equipped with a washing machine (as well as laundry detergent) and all the necessary cleaning supplies should you need them.

Then a staircase leading to the living area/bedroom and the shower room;

The living area includes a sofa and a table that raises and lowers using a crank, cupboards with hangers, so you can store your clothes. An iron and ironing board are provided. You can enjoy a flat-screen TV connected to an SFR box, so the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. When you want to go to bed, simply lower the 160x200 cm fold-down bed, which is very easy to use and very comfortable. Bed linen is provided, including a duvet and four pillows. Shutters will ensure a nearly complete night's sleep. The shower room is equipped with a shower, a sink, a vanity unit with drawers and storage, and a mirror with spotlights. Lighting and towels are provided. The apartment is located: - At the foot of Rouen Cathedral; - 13 minutes from the Church of Saint Joan of Arc; - 10 minutes from the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts; - 9 minutes from the Rue du Gros Horloge; - 14 minutes from Rouen train station.
