Welcome to our “sun-kissed” get-away in beautiful, conveniently located, Palm Harbor, FL. In less than 10 minutes you can find yourself sitting on the shore of one of our award-winning white sandy beaches or teeing off at a pristine golf course, and only 30 minutes from Tampa attractions. There is plenty of space to sleep 6 very comfortably, a beautiful bird caged pool and outdoor seating/lounging, BBQ grill, and fun for everyone. Come and enjoy... you might not want to leave!

This is a private house; no shared space. Private yard & in-ground pool. Free WiFi & Smart TV. Close to multiple beaches, golf courses, parks & other attractions.

Our peaceful oasis offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining areas inside and outside, a living room with a designated desk/workspace, and a family room.

Bedrooms: The home has a split floor plan with the master bedroom/bathroom on one side of the house and 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath on the other side.

Garage: plenty of room for parking and a full-sized washer and dryer, so don’t worry if you packed light… you can wash, dry, and re-wear everything.

Outdoor Space: Screened-in private pool with plenty of patio/pool deck seating.

Swim at your own risk: The pool is about 3’ in the shallow end and 6 in the deep end. Please do not leave children unattended in or around the pool area at any time.

A lot of space inside and out. Enjoyed the pool and sitting on the back patio. It was really a great location with beaches, restaurants and activities nearby.

Beautiful Property

The home was very clean and absolutely gorgeous inside. Everything was decorated very nice ( it truly gave us that at home feeling). The pool was absolutely amazing as well, warm and a great size and very neat and clean; outside area of the entire house was clean and looked beautiful.The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet too. The Kaufmann's were wonderful to work with, very prompt in replying to the few short questions we did have! The location was also a major plus. This was mine and my husband's first real vacation together in 16 years plus, and he's weird about not being in his own home/bed and he was amazed by the house, location, and the neighborhood as well! We will be booking again next year! Everything you need they provided! I cannot express enough of how much we enjoyed our stay at this property! Thank you again to the Kaufmann's for a wonderful first time vacationing in Florida experience.

Pool was clean and perfect temperature. We used this place as a home base to explore spring training Phillies, Blue Jays stadiums mostly. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet nice neighborhood and neighbors. 3 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen made our breakfasts easy. We would definitely stay here again. Nice to be able to do laundry during the trip. Was nice to park the car in the garage too.

Fabulous Stay-will stay again!

The house is beautifully clean and has everything you need -toiletries were an added bonus . The pool is larger than it looks on the listing and very clean and heated -fun inflatables and loungers and good area to sit out of the sun when needed.Stayed in Palm Harbor for holidays for forty years so know the area well . This house is well located for Howard’s Park beach , John Chestnut and Anderson Park. Publix supermarket less than ten minutes away and Countryside mall twenty minutes away.Owner very helpful and easy to reach when needed to extend our stay.Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Amazing Family Vacation Home

Beautiful home with private pool in quiet/safe area and short drive to attractions. Owner was great at communicating, nice welcome book at the home with information too. Home was clean and had EVERYTHING included (towels, kitchenware, pool toys, beach stuff, wifi, multiple tvs- we didn't have babies but things were in closets for small kids too). Our kids (7 and 9) LOVED the pool. The outdoor area was well lit for evening swimming, shaded and sunny sitting areas, lights/fans too. This place was an amazing vacation spot!

Cute little home

Home was beautiful and very clean and well stocked. However, was disappointed in not being able to use the pool. When I was looking to reserve homes, I selected this one because of the heated pool. I wish the pool temperature could have been adjusted so we could have enjoyed the pool. Other than that, it was very nice.

He and his wife, Kay, have been married for 8 years and still live in the Palm Harbor area. Evan currently works as an engineer and Kay is a biomedical scientist. In our free time, you'll find us at the beach with our Belgian Malinois, Cyrus, or at our friendly local game store. Our goal is to one day set foot on all seven continents.
