Kitchen was great and equipped for just about anything you wanted to do. Pool was terrific. All was extremely nice. I just have one suggestion though, may want to consider grab bars for the shower & tub areas. Tony our host was very nice.

Check in was easy. The owner had all the essentials to start your vacay off quickly and easily. The house was clean and central to so many of the beaches. Beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys also made for easy and cost saving beach days.

The host Tony was brilliant, had put some snacks and bottled water out for us which after a long day was much appreciated. Accommodation was clean and had everything needed ( beach towels, fresh towels, toilet rolls etc) fantastic area for exploring and visiting the beaches, plenty of lovely resteraunts nearby. Would definitely stay at the hosts accommodation again.

We enjoy our stay very much! The house was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and having beach chairs available was a great bonus.Tony was very responsive.The location is close to any store you might need and the beaches. Unfortunately, the home was not in the condition we expected upon arrival. The floors were dirty, there was noticeable dust throughout the house, and the couch had a musty smell. Overall, the property felt worn and not well-kept, which made it uncomfortable at first and required us to do some cleaning ourselves.That said, the host was sympathetic, responsive, and understanding once we raised our concerns. We appreciated their willingness to listen and address the situation. With better upkeep and more thorough cleaning between guests, this property has the potential to be a much more enjoyable stay.

Very nice home

This home was absolutely perfect for a getaway. The host, Tony, was super helpful and quick to reply to any messages. Having all the amenities made the stay so comfortable, we didn't need a thing. The decor was stylish and inviting, creating a really relaxing vibe. Plus, finding snacks waiting was a delightful surprise after a long journey. I highly recommend staying here.

This property is a central location to the Tampa Bay Area. Multiple beach options and attractions within a short drive. Horrible experience! This property is completely misrepresented in the listing photos. Tropical Backyard Oasis, it is not. The backyard has absolutely zero grass and the trees and plants are dying. The landscaping consists of broken concrete and stones with sharp edges. The interior was not clean and had a musty neglected smell with mold on the baseboards, bottom of the curtains and above the door frames. The floor was not clean and the kitchen sink was plugged up with debris. We rented for a month, but were so sickened by the condition that we left after 3 days. I wish that I could attach photos. The owner sent out someone to attempt to fix the sink, but it wasn’t resolved. Their response to our complaints was to take it as is or leave. We left as soon as we could find an alternative place. VRBO customer service intervened and refunded us their service fee and partial taxes, but the host did not give us back the full amount we were owed. VRBO was sent the photos and agreed that the property was misrepresented and that this should not be tolerated. I’m baffled as to why they are still allowing this listing to run with the fake photos. Fair warning!
