The Space:

This accommodation is designed to offer maximum comfort and practicality, with modern amenities and attention to detail in every room.



Living room: The living room is a welcoming, multifunctional space, with a TV for your relaxing moments. There's also a sofa bed. Storage for your clothes is also available, and all the necessary linen is provided to guarantee a carefree stay.



Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to prepare your meals with ease. You'll find water, coffee, tea and washing machine capsules. The kitchen also has plates, a cutting board, cutlery, a microwave oven, frying pans, pots and pans, a hob, and practical storage for your groceries.



Shower room: Enjoy a modern shower room with a spacious shower. Toiletries such as shampoo, soap and towels are provided for your convenience. You'll also find a hairdryer, a heated towel rail for towels that are always pleasantly warm, and practical storage for your personal belongings.

Guest Access:

Travelers have full, private access to the apartment. It is designed for self check-in, with keys securely placed in a key box. This system allows travelers to arrive at their convenience, whatever the time of day.

Notre-Dame: 20 minutes by metro, visit this historic cathedral and the picturesque Île de la Cité district.



Tour Eiffel: Less than 30 minutes away, admire the icon of Paris and enjoy the Trocadéro gardens.

Getting Around:

The apartment is ideally served by public transport. The nearby Gare du Nord station makes it easy to get around Paris. With metro and bus lines nearby, you're just a few stops away from major monuments and attractions, making your exploration of the city easy and enjoyable.



Other Things to Note:

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing..

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
