The flat is well located. The courtyard and public areas are dark and unkempt. The flat itself is not as nice as in the photos. It needs a good refresh. The shower is exceptionally small. The sofabed is comfortable. Note that this rental is through an agency, not an individual, so reaching a person requires waiting in a queue and being transferred around to a person who can finally help.
