We had a great stay at this unit, as the unit is fully furnished with everything you need, is very spacious and the backyard has a great view on the canal and you can relax.The owner is quite nice and very accommodating, this unit is a great place to be at !

She was very welcoming! First impressions of the outdoors of the property wasn’t impressive. Too bad she couldn’t have a fence between next door neighbors and hers… an out of commission dryer was beside her house. Sounds like she plans to do some outdoor work around the house which would be great. House was clean and comfortable.

Thank you for your review, however, I do want to share that I was disappointed to see a lower score given due to the work being done around the property, especially since it is clearly stated in our listing that there is ongoing construction as we recover from the significant impact of the last two hurricanes. Therefore I do feel that your review was unfair. We truly do our best to keep any work as discreet as possible for our guests, though there are limits to what we can control. Because we were communicating consistently throughout your stay, I was under the impression that there were no concerns at the time. Regarding the neighbor, I completely understand how that could feel inconvenient. While we are not affiliated with his lifestyle choices (420), we unfortunately cannot dictate how others choose to live. He is a great human being and that is what matters to us. We have considered installing a fence for additional privacy; however, because we are located on the river and share a boat ramp access point, that some guests use, that option presents some challenges. That said, we will continue to evaluate ways to improve our guests’ experience. I also want to sincerely thank you for the rose you left, the pics and the beautiful message in our guest book. Wonderful Stay!

My boyfriend and I had a great vacation staying at Daineli’s place. It was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful backyard with a pool and right on the water. Daineli also made accommodations for us and allowed early check in when our flight arrived early. Would definitely stay again!

We arrived a week after hurricane. Our hosts were able to get our unit cleaned up and repaired for us. Its a great unit. Perfect for my son and I. Really nice neighborhood and great location for getting to all the tourist locations. Will certainly stay again.

Great Oasis

We had a wonderful time. The space is private & the hosts were wonderful/available. Liked having a kitchen for doing some cooking. Beds comfortable! Had a dedicated space for parking the car. The backyard space is amazing!! Covered pavilion, pool with beautiful lighting at night. Close to many things in Tampa. Will definitely return when in Tampa & available.
