House for 2 to 12 people (200m²), summer and winter. Calm and charm, between lakes and mountains. Located on the edge of the forest, bordered by a stream on land of 4000 m², in a small hamlet, breathtaking view of the valley, not overlooked. Unusual cabin, games room available. 5 minutes from the Habère Poche/Hirmentaz ski resort, 10 minutes from Plaine Joux Nordic skiing, 40 minutes from the major resorts (Portes du Soleil, Grand Bornand, La Clusaz, etc.). 25 minutes from Lake Geneva. 40 minutes from Lake Annecy.

Housing
Come and recharge your batteries in this freshly renovated house. Spacious and bright rooms, 3 bathrooms, an unusual cabin in the forest, a games room, a pizza oven, 2 large terraces, on 4000m² of land bordered by a stream. The house is not overlooked, and is away from the road, you will be there in complete peace and quiet. It is located on the edge of the small hamlet of Bougeailles which has around ten houses, above the main village of Habere Lullin. Hikes departing from the house, on foot or on skis.
