Incredible privacy and views from this uniquely positioned property. Generously appointed spaces inside and out with large deck and private sand beach. Situated on the Canoe canal for paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and birdwatching. Downtown Eugene, University of Oregon Campus, Autzen Stadium, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field and PK Park a short walk or bike ride away. Direct access to Pre's Running Trails, Riverfront bike path system and the Willamette River.

Stay in Eugene

This property was wonderful for our family and our small gathering for a family and friend's dinner. The location was perfect for everywhere we needed to be, and the location was great. Wonderful host - thank you.
