We had a fabulous time entertaining my friends and a few of my U of O son's friends here for Thanksgiving. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The home is warm and inviting. The host stocked the kitchen and baths with much needed items as well as some we didn't know we were going to need. Great beds and pillows. we loved walking to Autzen. We will definitely want to stay here again.
Lovely home. We really enjoyed staying here for the weekend. The host was so accommodating and welcoming. The outside is very unassuming but the inside makes you feel like you just stepped into luxurious home in wine country. We thoroughly enjoyed our time visiting with our kids that go to the nearby university.
It was so nice to be able to stay as a family during our families trip to Eugene for the track championships. My niece took the gold in 400 m hurdles and I. Sure it helped having a good nights sleep and being able to eat better meals because we could cook! My dad was in a wheelchair and was able to navigate the house as well! Thank you Thank you! The owner / Manager was amazing and helpful! Very fast and accommodating!
We had a great time in Eugene for the University of Oregon's Spring game. The house suited our needs perfectly. We loved the outdoor space where we could bbq and hang out with our friends.
Our family stayed at this rental for an event on the U of O campus. This location was in close proximity to the campus and has nearby restaurants/grocery stores. The rental itself was clean upon arrival and provided all the amenities desired for our stay. The check-in/check-out process was well communicated by the host and easy to follow.
Great location for a game and quick trips to downtown or campus. Only thing is the number of beds. Really only two beds. Third is a futon in office room that doesn't really fit 2. Last "bed" is an air mattress that only fits in the living room, so should not be counted.
Nice stay. Would definitely stay here again if situation ever comes Again
Arrived and no problems getting into house. We found the furnishings and amenities very tastefully done. Two king size beds. A daybed that folded down into an acceptable extra bed and another living room couch that accommodated a teenager for sleeping. We knew we would be short of beds for our group & brought blow blow up beds for extras. Plenty of space in living dining area for a couple of queen sized blow up beds. Depending on the configuration of your group I would allow 2 adults / king beds. (4 total) a young adult or
Child for couch & day bed. Who ever planned this BNB did a very nice job. Though it was a
Remodel in the inside everything was really nicely furnished. Dishwasher u-shaped kitchen & had everything we needed. Two bathrooms, both nicely done & nice fixtures. For those who chose to drink there was a bottle of wine waiting and tumblers etc. to accommodate. Inside was great. Outside looked a little like it was still a work in progress, but had a very nice covered patio with outdoor furniture. Completely enclosed back yard by high shrubbery for great privacy. When it came time to check out the links in the. VRBO app wouldn’t open so we could see checkout instructions. That could be remedied, bu no reflection on the property itself. I personally was Intrigued with the wood work that had been created and maintained in the house. Solid Quaker style doors added a nice appeal as well as a solid wood dining table & a huge center cut 3” slab of wood for the deck table. We didn’t do a lot of meal prep, but it seemed to be furnished well do that. No ice maker, but tray to freeze ice.. Drinking water from tap was very drinkable Nice larger smart tv. As far as ESPN & others we couldn’t find where or if they were available. The apps
for the usual apps Hulu, Sling TV etc where there but you would need your own credentials to use them. There wasn’t information left on site to help. The internet was really very good. The best I’ve experienced away from home. I would say 115mbps fast. I used iPhone and mirrored
my subscriptions & it worked great.
We didn’t need extra heating or cooling while we were there, but Really nice Mitsubishi split units in each room for really nice quiet comfort. We never tried the gas fireplace, but it has its own thermostat too. All in all I was extremely pleased with the experience.
Stephanie was a great host. Coffee, half and half, some refreshments, and 2 bottles of local Oregon wine awaited our arrival!
The home was great and the big backyard makes it an ideal setting for pre game festivities! The neighborhood is safe. Definitely recommend! Go Ducks!
We had a great stay at this remodeled and nicely decorated home in Eugene. The home is close to everything and the backyard was lovely. Would definitely stay there again!

Outdoor, travel and wine enthusiast! I manage this property myself and have been hosting for 2 years. Happy to answer any questions and prompt to handle issues that may arise. I live in Eugene and love the lifestyle here. You can find me hiking, paddle boarding or at my favorite wineries. Beautiful vineyards producing Oregon's best wines are as close as a 45 minute drive from the house. There is a fun food scene here in Eugene with some niche spots. Ask me for my favorite recommendations!
