The newly upgraded kitchenette features a mini fridge, stove top, coffee maker, sink, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom contains a bathtub/shower combination. Slopeside has many great amenities including outdoor hot tubs, ski lockers, heated underground parking, communal laundry room, elevators, a fire pit, and communal grills. Step out your front door, and walk a short 3 minutes to Mountain House Base Area where you can strap your skis on and take the lifts up! From the convenient location to the cozy, secluded overall feel of the condo; you will feel right at home.

This unit is at the end of the hall on the plaza level where the hot tub is. Door to access the hot tub is right outside the unit door, you can see the hot tub clearly from the unit window. The pictures are accurate although it’s hard to see in them that there is a standard size refrigerator and a two burner stovetop. There is a coffee pot and pots, pans, utensils. Communicating with Skyrun property management was so easy and they were incredibly helpful. This location is an easy less than five min walk to Peru Express. Heated garage and large ski lockers were great bonuses. Our party was four adults and there was plenty of space in the unit to move around even with the sofa bed pulled out.

Real Convenient

It was an easy check in. The parking garage and ski lockers were nice to have. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was the best - right by the hot tubs and close to the Peru lift. The bed was really comfortable.

Great Location

The best part of this rental is the location. It would be hard to beat for proximity to the hot tub, the lifts, ski lockers and garage.

There is a lot of staining on the caulking in the bathroom that looks like black organic matter. I couldnt figure out is there was a/c or not, but if there is, it doesn't work very well. Other then those 2 things it was perfect for what I needed for the weekend and the communication was greatly appreciated.

Great fun!

The hospitality was outstanding. The slopes were a 2 minute walk and the private lockers were very convenient. We loved the 30 second walk to the hot tub as well. We hope to return.

Family Ski Trip

Our family of three booked this condo for a Thanksgiving Ski Trip. The condo was perfect and our trip was blessed with feet of snowfall!!! That made the parking garage a huge bonus. The ski lockers in the garage were right next to the walk through door which was literally across the street from Mountain House Lodge. Couldn’t ask for better access to skiing.

Perfect location!

Everything about the Mountain House was perfect. The only exception was the shower curtain. The bottom was orange with soap scum and was past due for being changed. Honestly, that made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the condo. Despite the shower curtain, the room was perfect for my husband, son, and me. Location, parking, and the rest of the accommodations were just what we had hoped for.

Location, Location, Location

This property was perfectly located to access the Peru Express lift — a quick 3 minutes walk across the plaza! For a studio, it was spacious. Being just one level up from parking was very convenient for loading and unloading travel bags and gear. The unit wasn’t very clean — the ceiling fan was coated in dust and the bedspread was thin and not very clean. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were was a drip that we simply couldn’t get to stop in the tub. The mattress was comfy and the television size was perfect for watching movies from bed after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen was well-stocked. The refrigerator intermittently made noises but did keep perishables appropriately cooled. There was a second refrigerator in the closet but it resulted in not being able to hang up clothes. However, there were several hooks which helped with hanging clothing.

Since the property is run more like a hotel, not sure why I am paying a cleaning fee. Especially when I am responsible for running dishwasher & taking the trash out while the room was not cleaned after the last guest.*empty bottles & trash under the bed*dishwasher wasn't full *previous guest's items in the shower*shower curtain had a STRONG smell of urine as if someone peed on it*Pills left in dishesThere was a bit of confusion with check in. Directions from app takes you to the unit buildings. However You must go to a different location to check-in. *When I called to find out where the office was at the guy spoke in a demeaning tone*Upon getting to the office I qas handed packet w keys without checking my ID *En route to Unit I Realized There Was No Unit Number Marked in the Package So I Called. Same young man answered & said in a demeaning tone to read the paperwork. The info on the packet list the unit number then the building name; it reads as an address. It doesn't specify unit number building name. no need to talk to guest as if they are stupid. *There is no air conditioner & it's HOT in the summer. Made it very uncomfortable during the day & difficult to sleep at night. I was a fan would be bought the following day, but they never did.When you park in the garage you must walk back out to the parking lot & go up stairs. keep this in mind when shuffling your luggage & items to your unit. *I appreciate it the blackout blinds & that they can be pulled down

Nice property but they dont maintain very well . Requested towels and property , had to call 3 different numbers and wait for call back to then be told they would bring towels and they never showed . Said there were towels available for hot tub but it was empty every day .
