Lakeside Condo w/ Mountain & Lake Views from Balcony, Steps to Shops/Dining!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom top floor condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village, so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is also a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. It offers beautiful mountain and lake views from the private balcony. Guests of Lakeshore have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

The living area is a great place to relax after an active day, and it features a flat screen TV, gas fireplace and a picture frame window offering beautiful mountain and lake views. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed and additional sheets and blankets are provided The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with mountain views beyond.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four people.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a single sink vanity, and a door separates the shower/tub combination from the toilet area for added privacy. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

Beautiful fall retreat for a conference!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This space was lovely and the views, balcony, and walkability were all perfect. I was able to run home between workshops to grab a notebook I'd forgotten or to get some work done during breaks. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance around the lake that had limited hours, but that was a great perk. Everything worked great and they had plenty of extra pillows, some box fans, humidifiers and blankets which was very thoughtful.

Perfect!

Easy check-in, comfy, cozy place. So perfect for a ski getaway! Balcony overlooking the lake went well with morning coffee. Absolutely loved!

Great stay in Keystone

This condo was a great getaway for our family. It is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. Google Maps struggled with the location so I recommend following the written directions in the guide.

Conference Booking in Keystone

Enjoyed the property -- just a short walk to the tunnel to get to the conference center. Also, the view of the lake is spectacular. Awesome!

I enjoyed being able to have the kitchen, I made several meals during my stay. It does get very warm once the sun comes up, I just opened the windows. My only dissatisfaction was that I thought it was a smoke free building and the condo below had smokers that would smoke on the balcony at night and it would come into the open bedroom window.

Older but comfortable and clean

We stayed for two nights. It was perfect for two people. We would stay there again. Property management was on time with everything and communicated well. It IS older, and there are some things that could be replaced but everything was clean and worked so it didn't bother us. We stayed in August, and it was beautiful sitting on the balcony with the breeze. The only things I wish I had known ...there isn't A/C and it was 82 degrees in there when we arrived. It took most of the first afternoon to get the temperature lowered to comfortable. There are fans and it is safe to sleep with the windows open. We managed and even kept the balcony door open until the sun went down and it cooled off The bed is older (they replaced the mattress, but it is still an older mattress) and sheets are clean but worn. Extra pillows are not good. If you need more than the four on the bed, bring your own pillow and The kitchen is well stocked.

Cute small condo with a view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean. The view was great. I however thought the “patio” would be big enough to actually walk on. Barely big enough to just get out and stand with the little table and chairs. Not a huge deal. The condo was also hot. When we arrived it said it was 85° in there. Felt like I was back in Texas lol. We looked at the thermostat and turned it down, but the few days we were there it never got below 74-75°. It felt like there was a heat source coming from somewhere, but we couldn’t figure it out. We even opened windows and the bedroom was still warm. So we got the box fan out to sleep with. I didn’t call to ask if this was normal for that condo as we were gone most of the day and not there long enough for it to really be a huge issue. Couch is pretty uncomfortable. The cushions don’t stay put when you sit on one, and kind of a foam block feel. (It’s a faux leather couch with 3 separate cushions) Be careful in shower too, tub is super slippery. Nothing on bottom to get ve any grip. Also no bath rugs/mats. Gotta use a towel on floor to step out of tub. The bed was meh.... pretty hard and not very comfortable. Having the elevator to 4th floor was nice. Amenities were good. Free laundry on second floor. The condo was clean, cute and had great views, but I probably wouldn’t stay at this particular one again. Sorry 😞

Well stocked condo. Great view out the front of the little lake below and the mountains. We even saw a moose swim across the lake. Easy access to the lake Dillon bike trail system. We rode all over the area.

Roomy and Comfortable with a great view!

Our stay was extremely short, but great!! The place was just as described. Other reviews helped me prepare for the fact that many mountain condos don’t have AC. We made sure to open a couple of windows and run the provided box fans while we unpacked and settled it. It cooled off nicely. We didn’t have time to use any amenities this trip, but would definitely stay in this unit 1545 again!

After a long day at the conference, I could relax with the windows open and feel the cool breeze of 60 degrees in the mountains. Internet was fast and connected quickly. I had access to multiple streaming apps which was unexpected and totally awesome! The condo was clean and I had everything I needed for the stay. The management team texted me every couple of days to check in with me. I really appreciated this!

Summer Vacay to Keystone

Property was in need of some TLC, nothing major but refresh of furniture and paint, window trims etc. Deck is so small it’s not really even usable. Location was good and easy to access.
