Enjoy your escape to sunshine in beautiful Sun Lakes, AZ! Spacious and homey 3 bedroom home welcomes you in the gated Palo Verde community. Enjoy your morning coffee on the north facing patio while enjoying the lake view. This home features a fully furnished kitchen with all you need to cook up summer or fall treats. Or grill a steak or two on the patio gas grill. Wireless internet and YouTubeTV Smart TVs included to watch all those golf, baseball and basketball games. A golf cart is included for easy transportation around any of the 5 golf courses in the Sun Lakes community or to the neighborhood pools. Cool off in one of the many pools - the perfect one is only 3 blocks away, a quick trip in the golf cart! Our restaurants in the community offer nightly specials, or enjoy watching sporting events at the bars. Live entertainment and dancing offered at several venues. There's always something to do here!

Beautiful home and friendly hosts!

Hosts were very gracious, gave us a tour and quickly responded to all communications, before and during our stay. House was beautiful, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Palo Verdes fall stay

The property was fantastic for six adults. We know the area well from previous visits and found the location very convenient for the local amenities. The hosts were very responsive and lovely to deal with. We shall be back.

Very nice property

We enjoyed our two weeks in Sun Lakes. The property was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed our evenings relaxing on the back patio. We walked around the lakes every morning and enjoyed watching the birds. The golf cart was awesome. We used it to get around and golf each day. We didn't leave the parks too many times—no need to! We would stay here again. Lovely home.

Paradise in Palo Verde Sun Lakes, AZ

This was the perfect fall get away rental property. We were able to experience living in the 55+ Palo Verde location of Sun Lakes. The home was decorated tastefully and came with a golf cart so we could enjoy the area's activities. The Landlords, Mike and Cheryl were very responsive to all questions or concerns that we had. We would highly recommend this VRBO property to everyone.
