Wonderful stay

The house was lovely. The amenities were wonderful even down to the amenities for our pet. There were toys outside, there were bowls for our dog. There was plenty of extra linen and the house and kitchen was clean and so inviting. The location was wonderful.

Location was real close to Mulligans bar and the Sun Lakes commumity pools and recreation center. It had a hot tub , it is nicer to use in Octover-May. For 55+ visitors, very nice.

This place was great a very nice quiet place and easy to get to everything you need. Place is really large. Owner added personal touches like note on the fridge and a clean bowl of water for our dog we had with us. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you

Wonder property!

My only complaint was trying to figure out how to work the hot water in the shower! Water heater may need to be turned up a bit but otherwise this is a great property and was very comfortable! Hot tub was nice and Jerylyn was an amazing host and communicated with us throughout our stay! Loved it will definitely stay again next time we're in the valley!

The house was very clean in an amazing community. Jeri and Larry were very responsive to all of our question. They came to the house to add chlorine to the hot tub or deal with gas for the grill immediately when we texted them. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in snowbirding in Arizona.

SIMPLY FABULOUS!

My family has been using VRBO for at least 5 years now, and this has been one of the best--if not the BEST--properties we have leased. JUST LOVED IT. Jeralynn was such a warm & welcoming host. The location was great, as my husband & I live in Sun Lakes but we have cats, so our kids cannot stay with us when they visit (allergies). I would recommend this property wholeheartedly, without reservation!

I am confused, you left a note that stated it was the best place you ever stayed. There is a air freshener that sprays in upstairs hallway. There is nobody at the house, but your guests. I blocked stairs because I didn't want 3 dogs going on the carpet as it was over my limit of animals.

I BOOKED A WORK WEEKEND AT THIS HOUSE BACK IN OCTOBER. WHEN I CALLED THE HOMEOWNER ON DAY OF CHECK IN SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD DOUBLE BOOKED IT AND THAT I WAS OUT OF LUCK, THIS IS AFTER GETTING EMAILS FROM VRBO A FEW DAYS EARLIER THAT EVERYTHING IS SET TO GO. UNBELEIVABLE WHAT I HAD TO GO THRU DO TO HER I BELEIVE BEING GREEDY DUE TO SO MANY EVENTS HAPPENING THAT WEEKEND. FINAL FOUR, BIKEWEEK AND NHRA TO NAME A FEW. I LOST ALOT OF MONEY ON GROCERIES THAT HAD TO BE THROWN OUT BECAUSE I HAD NOWHERE TO COOK THEM. HOMEOWNER SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE ON VRBO PLATFORM

As I told you, I was in a car accident and was currently in the hospital with a concussion. I helped in every way possible, but you harassing me when I was physically unable to do anything is unfortunate circumstances. I always give check in info a week before. I wasn't greedy and I hope what happened to me never would happen to anyone. I really hope you can see a genuine person I do apologize and hate that I ruined your weekend. I would never and have never done this before.
