The house was equipped with full kitchen and laundry supplies and lots of little extras for a hospitable touch! We used the swim spa as a hot tub during unseasonably cool weather. There was plenty of space and lots of options for where to sleep. Property managers were easily accessible. However, we didn't need anything from them during our stay. They had everything covered. I would highly recommend.

This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The cleaning crew does a great job. The disappointment was the uncomfortable living room furniture and the second and 3rd bedroom beds. I”m not complaining but overnight advise. The house was well kept but we would not rent this one again because of not comfortable beds and furniture.

This is definitely a 5-star stay, starting with the RE agency managing the house. There is a thoughtful and abundant set of welcome packages for kitchen, bath, laundry, etc. They are super-quick to respond (they contacted me via text message). For example, we couldn't find beach towels, so they sent a person over within the hour who dropped off four fresh, new packaged towels in a handy beach bag at the front door.The house itself is spacious, spotless and equipped with everything you need for a week or longer. We slept like babies-the linens are fresh, the beds are so comfy. The swim spa was a little hard to figure out at first, but staff sent someone over to show us what to do. It was a dream to enjoy during cool weather!The spot is centrally located, with a Dunkin Donuts down the street, Winn Dixie and Publix just a few minutes away, and Sombrero Beach 5-7 minutes by car.Check out Porky's for breakfast and bloody mary's, 7-Mile Diner for a fish sandwich, footlong hotdog and key lime pie, followed by a walk down the bridge, gazing at the turquoise water. Absolutely excellent experience. Do not hesitate to book!
