This is a beautifully presented, freshly re-modeled (2025),1100 sq. ft. 2 bed condo right at the center of Deer Valley ski resort! Brand new flooring, cabinets and furniture for the 2026 season. It is something special for sure!!! Come and relax in the bright, spacious great room and soak in the views of the Deer Valley Resort, or take a short walk to enjoy the amenities in both summer and winter; dining, skiing, mountain-biking, concerts... It's all within 300yds. With 2 master bedrooms, both with Kingsize beds, this place is perfect for two couples, but don't be afraid to bring the family, there is plenty of space! The separate den area has a comfy, modern, fold down queen bed and two twin, murphy-style bunks, providing flexible sleeping options for up to 3-4 extra children / young adults. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals an easy option and the gas fire makes the living room cozy and inviting after a day in the mountains. With the additional den area upstairs, this split level condo is positively spacious for up to 7 people. Finally, the modern front loading washer and dryer in the unit provide the ultimate convenience that many would refuse to be without. Although a car is not needed for this location, free parking for one vehicle is provided. PLEASE NOTE: GARAGE IS HEIGHT RESTRICTED TO 74". (fits a large SUV without a roof box, but not a van)
The condo is located just across the street from the main Deer Valley parking area, where the free shuttle train runs continuously throughout the day during the ski season. This will take you to and from the base lodge in just a few minutes, should the 300yd walk seem less than appealing. Deer Valley also provides free ski valet, so you can simply leave your skis in the afternoon and collect them in the morning when you are ready to hit the slopes. It couldn't be easier!
I live here full time in Park City and so am able to answer questions as they arise, before and throughout your trip, although I will leave you to enjoy your vacation if I don't hear from you! I will also provide you with a wealth of info when you book, with discounts for ski rentals, and après ski ideas. Check-in is remote, so no need to collect keys during working hours.
This neighborhood is truly a gem. The condo provides a beautiful spot with privacy and mountain views that are amazing in both summer and winter. It is steps from the Deer Valley Ski Resort, yet less than a mile from park City Main Street. In the summer, you can access 00's miles of trails from right outside the door. There is a beautiful lake area across the road from condo and the Deer Valley Cafe, situated 100yds away, is a renowned spot for a casual breakfast, coffee or lunch.
Park City's free city bus also stops right in front of the condo building and takes you to Main Street as well as other spots around town, including Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons. This gives you an easy way to enjoy all of the ski resorts at Park City.

Family ski trip
We had a great experience here - the condo was perfect for my family of 4. It ’s about a 5 minute walk to the Snow Park Lodge - we walked almost every try day because my kids are to impatient to wait for the shuttles, but they do run every 15 mins. The condo itself was clean and well-appointed, and the underground parking was very convenient. Would love to return sometime!
Our family stayed in the condo for 6 nights and enjoyed the easy walk to Snowpark. The condo was cozy and Susie was incredibly responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Communication with the host was excellent and timely. The unit is very comfortable and well situated near the Snow Park base. There is a shuttle stop across the street for access to the mountain and a public bus stop in front of the complex that has very frequent service to Park City.

Condo is just steps from the base of Snow Park Lodge, St. Regis apres, and short easy drive to Main St. This condo is in the perfect location, as well as comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again. Susie, our host was responsive and accommodating.

Loved this condo and its location in Deer Valley. Perfectly appointed with two master bedrooms and two sitting areas. Easy to walk to the slopes and back. Garage parking is great. Condo manual is a perfect resource & communication was speedy. Highly recommend.

Great location, easy walk to SnoPark Lodge
The condo is well maintained and Mountainside Treasures responded promptly to all our questions.
We checked our skis and boots after skiing every day which is complimentary, and it was a short walk to the Sno Park Lodge.
We had a great time and plan to stay here again.
Condo was well appointed with great location—only a few hundred yard to the trolley that takes you right to the lift. Everything we needed for a quick weekend trip. Susie Townsend (property manager) was terrific.

We stayed for four nights and had a great time. Suzie is an excellent host. The condo was simple but had everything we needed, including a fireplace and Netflix/Apple for post-dinner movies. The location meant we could walk to the slopes, and stumble home from the St Regis bar - highly recommend.

Property was as advertised, only 1 shuttle stop away from the lift and could easily walk to the mountain if you don't want to wait 5 minutes. Master bed and bath on first floor, 2nd bedroom with bathroom (king bed also) on the 2nd floor offer plenty of space for a family. We did not have any issues with the 3rd floor walk-up unit, but I could see how someone nursing a lower extremity injury would have trouble with the stairs. Owner was very communicative and did not have 1 issue with our stay. Highly recommend!

Unit is nice and location is wonderful. However, I thpought that the advertising information for the Unit and building indicated that there eas an elevator. There is no elevator in the building. Also, there is no information in the Unit regarding hoe to operatiivinen the TV in the upstsirs bedroom and loft. We were alle to operatevthe TV in the downstairs living area, but nyt the upstsirs TV’s. It would ne helpfull if instructions were available.

We most certainly do not advertise or make mention of there being an elevator in the building. I'm sorry if you perhaps read that as an amenity in one of the other condo's you perhaps looked at.
For the TV, I will look again, I believe that the instructions for the TV are in the booklet in the living room. I am always available to help trouble shoot for my guests if they can't figure something out, but I'm also pretty assiduous at leaving instructions so my life is easier! I'm sorry you didn't find them.

While I appreciate Susie sending a partial refund for the problems experienced during our 45-day rental, it wasn’t adequate compensation for the construction noise we endured for the duration of our stay (June 16-July 30, 2025).The outdoor and indoor work at the Courcheval building started daily at 7am and ended at 4pm. Noise from jackhammers and heavy machinery made it impossible to enjoy the porch or leave the windows or doors open. Construction dust covered the outdoor furniture. When we first inquired about the project, Susie apologized and told us it was a “two-week project.” We trusted she was giving us truthful information.Susie did send us a 25% refund for the first 20 days of our stay and offered a full refund for the remainder if we decided to move. (Finding similar accommodations in the peak of summer season was not viable.) She also provided (for six days) accommodations at a nearby building.Susie assured us on 7/11/25 that the “worst was finished yesterday,” and we trusted her and decided to stay. Unfortunately, the noise continued until we left.I’d like to assume Susie didn’t know about the construction before she rented this unit. I’d also like to trust she relayed truthful information. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the standards for reasonable enjoyment.With a multi-year construction project starting in 2026 across the street from this building, Deer Valley will not be a relaxing summer destination for many years.

Thank you for registering your disappointment with your trip this year. I agree the situation we all found ourselves in was far from ideal and as has been stated many times am truly sorry for that.
I would like to counter with a few additional details:
1. The issue did not materialize at the start of your stay. You called after 10 days to advise of the problem. Therefore the 25% discount, for the first half of your stay was quite significant.
2. I strongly recommend and encourage all guests to keep the windows closed in the day and open in the evenings to manage our climate. Despite the work outside, you ignored this advice, exacerbating the dust and noise from the builders. I still don't understand this, given the a/c inside that keeps the interior quite pleasant all day.
3. I understand that you did not want to take a refund after 10 days of your stay, but I made it clear it was the best solution I had, given the fact that the works were of an emergency nature and we did not fully understand the extent of them at the outset.
4. Finally, I gave you alternative accommodations for a full week during the height of the issue and you chose not to use them.
You are correct that there are major development plans for Deer Valley that we will monitor carefully. Park City is a typical mountain town in that there is ALWAYS construction through the summer. This is in part to maintain the standard that people love and also to accommodate continued growth.
Memorable stay in Deer Valley - fantastic 4 days of skiing
The condo is exactly as described and shown in the pictures and the upstairs den with pull-out sofa was really appreciated to give our boys (16 and 9) some space of their own.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a simple meal.
We didn't need the fireplace or the upstairs heater because it was cosy and toasty while we were there - but in much colder temps you may need them.
I would pay attention to specifics on how to get to the condo unit especially if you are arriving late at night without a car to avoid extra walking with ski gear. The unit is on the 3rd floor - good for security but can be challenging with skis and luggage. If you take the outside path to the condo (versus going through the garage), it is more efficient and you only need to go up one flight of steps. Deer Valley lets you leave your skis at the resort for free overnight so you don't need to bring them back and forth -- super convenient.
The shuttle to the resort is a 5-minute walk from the condo (in the resort parking lot right across the condo) and runs very frequently.
We also found the location convenient to Main Street - took an Uber (for about $12-15 most nights, more on Sundays).
All in all a very nice stay.

Just to let people reading this know, I do in fact provide very detailed notes to al guests prior to arrival, on entry, how to get to skiing, free valet suggestions and the fact that it is up the stairs etc, so if you book you will get clear arrival instructions etc.
The weather was pretty cold when you Loretta was here (in single digits overnight) so I think the central heating is indeed great, just some people like the additional heat as a back up / ambience!

Excellent location - easy walk to Snow Park lodge where you can valet your skis and boots and be up on the lift in minutes!
Condo was great - one suggestions ( and other guests have mentioned the same)
- when you park in the underground parking - there is a security door between the stairs to walk up to third floor condo and the garage. This door locks once you enter the stairwell. It requires a key to access the garage and there is no key provided. So in order to get back to your car you need to go outside and re-enter the pass code on the keypad to open the garage door to get back to your car. That was a little inconvenient.
We had great snow during our visit! Enjoyed Deer Valley Resort.

This condo was perfect for my family of four. Separate sofa beds so each of the kids could have their own space; ample linens; nice bathroom; cozy vibes. Susie was responsive and helpful throughout. Great option for its proximity to Deer Valley. We’d stay there again!

The stairs getting up to the place with luggage or after long day of skiing was tough. The fireplace was not working when we were there and after long day skiing nice to turn on fireplace to knock the chill off. The garage situation is a little weird especially since we had a rental car but no key to get into the garage. You had to have a key to the door going into the garage. Since we had no key, we would have to walk around through coded garage door then find our car in garage. There was only 1 humidifier. Tv in family room didn’t have regular channels (after skiing trying to watch football playoffs) and had to watch in bedroom or loft. No bathroom soap provided but lotion, shampoo and conditioner were there. We had a great time but trying to point out items to make the next stay better.

Hi Scott, Sorry that you were disappointed by your stay.
It is a shame the fire is not working, but the central heating keeps the place toasty, the fire is really just a decoration in terms of needing it for heat. I did my best to fix it, but it needed a technician, who is coming tomorrow.
The garage entrance is indeed by keypad, but the access is super easy and right on the path to the condo, so most people have no issue with this. I'm sorry you found it to be inconvenient.
I don't advertise any humidifiers, so one was a benefit that was extra.
The Loft area is super cozy, comfortable and nice for watching TV, with a bar area and sofa / leather chair. A great place to settle in with cable if that is what you want. The living room TV has smart channels and the bedroom also has cable.
I apologize if soap was missing from the amenities. That was an oversight and had you mentioned it I would have happily resolved.

Perfect place in Deer Valley
We loved staying at this spacious & stylish condo for our family ski trip! The location was absolutely perfect. It was easy walking distance to Snow Park and the funicular, and hopping on the bus to go to Main Street was a breeze. Susie Is an awesome host and helped make our stay truly enjoyable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and ask for a space heater next time as the upstairs den where our son slept stayed pretty cold. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
