Great place to stay

This is our second time staying here and it’s great. Convenient location for us, near a supermarket, always clean, and easy to get to. We love it and would recommend it to anyone.

Came to spend time with family. The spot perfectly located for our needs. Neighborhood was quiet. Too hot to enjoy patio, but would be great for evening cookouts.

Home for the holidays

Found this well-kept home near my relatives’ home when visiting for the holidays. The hosts were fantastic and made us feel welcomed as soon as we arrived. Their note and thoughtful treats were well-received. The furnishings made us feel as if we were still “home”.

Perfect Sweet Spot!!!

Quiet! Relaxing! More than we expected! House & owners are beyond outstanding!!!! Made it extremely simple to even add an extra night & person. Everything was so comfortable and convenient! Well stocked! We will certainly keep on our list for the Green Cove Springs area!! LOVE this sweet spot!!!

10 out of 10!! This home is perfect!

This home is so delightful!! Everything was spotless when we arrived, and smelled so good! This home has a Christmas theme which was so much fun, but not over done! We all loved the farmhouse design too. I stayed here on business with a few of my co-workers, and it was the perfect place to rest our heads after a long work weekend. The owners of this property not only left us a welcome letter, but also some snacks and drinks too!! Every attention to detail was made...even down to extra shampoo/body wash in each shower and coffee/tea/hot chocolate and creamer in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable too!! I even received a phone call from Chris the morning after our arrival making sure our stay was going well, and was asked if there was anything he could do to make our stay better. We have never before felt so welcome at a rental property. I had excellent communication with both Mary and Chris prior to our stay as well. Wow the customer care they provide is amazing!! I would 100% stay at this property again if I am in town. Thank you again for everything! We truly appreciated it!

Hosts were amazing and were fast to respond to any questions. House was very clean and well maintained. Furnishings were all very nice and in great condition but even better was the well stocked kitchen. I could have easily made and served every meal and made it feel as if we were at home. As this is an area we frequent often I think we've found our new home away from home.

Excellent rental

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The home was very clean, had plenty of extra beds, bedding, towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The owners were so kind and left us a little something to welcome us to their home. It is exactly as it is in the pictures. Communication with the owners was very easy and they responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Perfect for us

This was the perfect house for us. We all had our own bedroom, and the dogs had a fenced in yard and patio to sun bathe on. The bonus was the washer and dryer, plus all the amenities one could possibly want. The Christmas theme was understated, but perfect, and the decorations were charming. The hosts were absolutely fantastic. The communication channels were open during our entire stay, and we were told beforehand when people would be coming, such as the lawn service to mow the lawn, etc. I will definitely be staying here on my next vacation to Florida, and if it's not available, will rent one of their other properties. Our hats are off to the Whitney's and their properties.
