About this property

OCEAN VIEW SUITE WITH FULL KITCHEN

This is a very home-feeling suite that can accommodate 5 adults comfortably. There are French doors between the 2 rooms for privacy with a bathroom in each room. There is a full kitchen to prepare a meal for your family and coffee area. There are kitchen amenities available to get you started, but request you replace what you use to ensure for the next guest/owner. There are beach towels and other beach stuff available to use.

There is parking available by reservation on a private lot for large trailers within walking distance from the resort call 813-760-3462.

THERE IS ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE PER ROOM.

EFFECTIVE SEPT. 1, 2022 NO SMOKING ON BALCONIES - ONLY IN DEIGNATED AREAS BY THE POOL AND BAR. NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $300 DAMAGE DEPOSIT IF I AM NOTIFIED BY RESORT OR IF RESORT ASK YOU TO LEAVE BUILDING THER WILL NO RETURN OF MONEY.

WASH ALL DISHES AND PUT THEM AWAY. DISH RACK UNDER THE SINK. CLEAN UP TRASH OR FOOD ON BALCONIES AS IT CAN BLOW OFF AND ONTO THE GROUND/BALCONIES.

Wonderful property ! Location is perfect and the room is adorable. Had everything we needed and the decor made us feel cozy and welcome. The tiki bar on property is fun and a great spot to unwind after a long day! Would highly recommend this property ! The owners were friendly and attentive. Looking forward to coming back next year !

Perfect Beach getaway

The Fountain Beach Resort was a great location. It was a central spot and easy to get around from. Perfect Beach spot close to the pier that we saw fireworks from our room and the tiki bar/grill was great for lunch and beverages at the beach.

My friend and I stayed with our three younger kids over Memorial Weekend and it was perfect for us. The host was very responsive and accommodating to us. The place had everything we needed and it was exactly as described. The building and our room was cold which was refreshing after being out in the heat. We loved the property grounds with the tiki bar and the pool located right on the beach. There was enough there to keep the kids entertained. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxation and Fun on the Beach

What’s wonderful place for a couple or family to stay. Quiet, right on the beach, friendly people and a place to eat right on site. It was a perfect walking distance to restaurants and the Ocean Center. I would highly recommend staying here. The owners were kind and thoughtful. They certainly went above and beyond to make our stay feel better than home.

This was our fourth year staying at the Fountain and our fourth year renting this unit. Our daughter and son in-law came with us this year and we had them stay in this unit. It is always neat, clean and has everything you could possibly need. We had a great time.

This is our second year at this unit and it was clean and very well set up. We love the fact that it has 2 bathrooms and everything that we could possibly need was there. We will definitely be back. We found that the Fountain as a whole is very clean and the staff are very polite.

Our adult daughter and her two besties joined us for the 4th. This rental was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! Clean and cute. I grew up in Virginia Beach and have an appreciation for homey, family beach houses. Much more personality and character. The Best!

Our experience was amazing. The accommodations were way more than we were expecting. We have stayed at this resort, different room, and this stay was above and beyond. The thought put into making guests comfortable was definitely noted. I found something new everyday. (Books, DVD's, umbrella, blankets, clean sheets, etc) There was more than enough towels and washclothes. I really could go on and on. This suite did not disappoint! We will use this suite again.
