Welcome to your Palm Springs getaway! This completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is made for relaxing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying some easy indoor-outdoor living.

Enter through the gated front courtyard and into the bright, beautifully designed kitchen, featuring Bosch appliances, cement-slab counters, and custom Roman clay cabinets. The open great room has wide-plank white oak floors, crisp white built-ins, and a wall of sliding glass doors that open right out to the backyard and private pool.

The oversized primary suite looks out onto the pool and features a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with custom waterproof cement walls and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has its own private patio, making it a great spot for morning coffee or a little quiet time.

Outside is where Palm Springs really comes to life. Spend the day by the pool, fire up a cocktail, enjoy dinner outdoors, or simply kick back and soak up the desert sunshine. With private spaces in both the front and back yards, there’s always a great spot to relax. Pebble Tech pool. Approximately 25x14x5.5 deep.

And when you’re ready to head out, city centre Palm Springs is just minutes away, with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and nightlife to explore.
Come relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy your own little slice of Palm Springs.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Holiday Rentals

The Palm Springs Holiday Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 2 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

It was great. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly the way it looks in person. It would be nice if there was a door to the master’s bathroom and a shower curtain. Some of the clean towels were stained. Overall, we had a great time staying.

Week Stay In Palm Springs

Great property! Stayed for a week with wife and friends. Property was as advertised. Great kitchen and living area. Cooked in and grilled often and the place had everything we needed. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and quite comfortable. My only recommendation is blackout out curtains - especially after an evening of dinner and cocktails - the sun is bright! Would definitely stay at this property again!!!

Great stay!

The Junipero House provided perfect accommodations for our 3-night stay in Palm Springs. The house was immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated. It had a well-stocked kitchen and quality linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Located in the north end of Palm Springs, it was a quick and easy drive into downtown. Check in/out was seamless. The photos online are a good representation of the house.

Cool Contemporary

Booked late and Chino Canyon was about the only property available. Recently remodeled, it's very contemporary and great concept, but, the finish work is a bit rough. Professional remodeler so, I would comment on that. The furniture is lovely and the bed comfortable. The primary bathroom only has a single sink and an open concept to the bedroom. We worked around that issue. Half mile to the tramway which is convenient for when you want to hike and dine at the top. Being north Palm Springs, you do get more wind and that meant you had to be careful with the umbrellas. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool and patio daily. We had everything we needed for a two week stay. Check in was a breeze as usual. We've rented from previously these property managers. Good location, cool house.
