Quiet property, located in the centre of a small village at the gates of Le Mans, you will find a large and beautiful country house of 230m2, bright, spacious and very pleasant to live in!
It has two terraces, a beautiful landscaped garden, a covered and heated swimming pool all year round, a relaxation area around a brazier but also a ping-pong table, a barbecue and all the equipment to have a good time!

Welcome to our home!
We are Vincent and Virginie, in their forties and the desire for adventure took us with our 3 children very far, to Tahiti, 17,000 km from our nest! So during this crazy experience we wanted our dear house to continue to live and make other people happy, as it did with us!

You will find the atmosphere of a home, in addition to the charm of the old combined with modern facilities, in this fully furnished and equipped detached farmhouse, with 17 beds in all (beds and extra beds included).

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with 1 bed 160cm, dressing room and small shower room
- A bedroom with 1 bed 180cm, dressing room
- A bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm, large dressing room and mattress 140cm extra on the floor
- A bedroom in a row with the previous one (the dressing room preserves everyone's privacy) with 1 bed 160cm and 3 beds 90cm.
- A bathroom with bathtub and changing table
- 1 separate toilet.
2 travel cots and 1 playpen available on request

On the ground floor:
- An isolated but not closed office with convertible double bench (counts as a 5th bedroom), a shower room and a separate toilet are adjoining.
- The kitchen, fully equipped and which opens onto the retractable enclosure protecting the pool and the outdoor dining and relaxation areas.
- A beautiful dining-living area with pellet stove, exposed beams and stones, sofa and sofa bed, allows you to have meals and spend quality time indoors as well.
- A second living room with giant screen and video projector, play station 3 and games available.

Two exteriors to satisfy all your desires!
- At the front a south-facing terrace where you will find a barbecue and a dining area.
- On the other side of the house a large terrace offering an 8m / 4m swimming pool, under a retractable shelter (you can swim in the open air in good weather!), where you can eat, relax, enjoy a brazier and the garden.

Note that a second house is rented on the property. Our tenant benefits from a garden that overlooks the opposite of the house you will rent, as well as a vegetable garden that adjoins your small terrace, on the barbecue side. We have taken care to set up privacy screens in order to delimit the spaces and preserve the privacy of everyone.

Adjoining the property, the supermarket Au P'tit Marché Degrén, the real heart of the village, welcomes you in a good mood and offers you its local products (meat, charcuterie, cheeses, yogurts, bread, cosmetics, vegetables...) as well as most basic products. Be careful no or few supplies for baby, bring nappies, potties etc...

In the village, you can have fun at the new City Stadium, but also at the children's playground behind the town hall and why not take part in a game of pétanque on the many fields next to the football stadium.

By car, you will be at:
- 22 minutes from the famous 24 hours of Le Mans circuit!
- 18 minutes from the Cité Plantagenet, the historic centre of Le Mans, with its medieval facades, and its magnificent Saint Julien Cathedral, but also from the dynamic city centre with its shops, theatres, bars and restaurants.
- 16 minutes from the Auchan hypermarket and the Chapelle Saint Aubin shopping area.
- 20 minutes from Papéa Parc, a human-sized amusement park for young and old children!
- 25 minutes from Wake Paradise, a pond to discover or rediscover the sensations of wake surfing.
- 30 minutes from the Sillé-le-Guillaume National Forest and its Sillé Plage leisure centre. With its 32HA lake which you can walk around during a 4km walk in the middle of nature and in complete tranquillity, it offers many water activities: swimming (supervised in summer), pedal boats, kayaking, sailing school, fishing...
On site you will find restaurants but also you can indulge in many activities for young and old: mushroom picking, cool walks under the trees, mountain biking/horseback riding/hiking, rosalie rental, pony rides, but also for thrill seekers, climbing on the sites of Roquebrune and Saut du cerf and tree climbing!
