We have completely remodeled this 1100 sq ft, 1 bedroom patio home. It is fully furnished and equipped to be just like home. It is ideal for rental for as little as one month and up to 6 months. There is a community pool, jacuzzi, park, private garage and private oversized courtyard.

Hello! We are Jill and Chris Rich. We purchased this home in August 2021 knowing it would need to be completely gutted and remodeled. . . Which is something we love to take on every year or two. We currently have 3 active VRBO properties and enjoy hosting as if each visitor was our personal guest. We live in Phoenix and have a Fly-Fishing store about 2 miles from this townhome, so we can check in as needed.
Why they chose this property
This property is located in North Central Phoenix -- close to the 101 and SR51 for easy access to all other areas of the valley. It is in a private community that is primarily occupied by private homeowners, which is why we like to personal accept our guest and prefer longer stays. The home is on a no thru street, so traffic is only those 4 units at the end. The well-groomed mature landscape, pool area with hot tub makes this complex appealing to locals. The unit has a private garage that connects thru a private courtyard with French doors off of the Kitchen as well as the Living Room. This makes for an amazing open, fresh air feel.
