Nice property and location in Phoenix! The house is essentially a duplex split in two units, but never noticed the neighbor. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for 1-2 people.

Perfect little spot

This was a perfect little spot for me and my two teenage girls. We had events at the convention center and the uber driver was short and sweet. My older dtr and i also took advantage of the greenbelt/running path near the canal and that was so great!! Highly recommend!

Little gem

This rental was very comfortable, clean, and a perfect location to get to wherever you need to go. It was a very quiet neighborhood so you can get a good night’s sleep. It’s a very short drive to any kind shopping or eatery you might want to visit.

Great central location

This is a wonderful location for a couple to see the valley. 30 minutes to Glendale/Peoria and 30 minutes to Mesa/Tempe. Pet friendly and a good walking area for your pets. Would book again.

Awesome! Perfect me and my 2 Shetland Sheepdogs!

Comfortable and homey! Hannah is responsive and provided fun extras (dog treats/bed, bottled water and Madelines’s etc). Neighborhood was quiet and pleasant plus close to the event where we were competing. We will definitely be back!

Adorable on the inside

We rented a car and it was a good location for us to hop around all Arizona. I think I missed where there wasn’t actually a door to the bathroom, but theres a way to kinda section off if you’re not traveling alone. The host earns her stars with her attentiveness.

Perfect for GCU graduation(s)

My husband, my son and myself were very comfortable at the Little Blue Box. It was perfect for our son’s graduation from GCU the proximity to the college was just right. Very clean, yet lacked shelving in the bathroom for personal belongings and a towel rack. Would we stay again 100%. The host was very attentive and kind.

Blue Box was perfect for our stay! Great location, clean & a safe neighborhood! Loved the front porch for morning coffees and evening adult beverages🍷 The home is shared with another unit but we never heard or saw the other tenants! Also, no door to bathroom which bothered my husband more than me🤷‍♂️ We would book again! ❤️

LOCATION: Very quiet. Very clean. Well lit. Friendly neighbors. HOUSE: Simplicity at its best. Very clean very well organized very well decorated excellent excellent work. No clutter greatness. HOST: Hannah is the best host we've encountered dealing with short term rentals. And we travel a lot. Very attentive. Very good with communication. Answers in time. Instructions were great and simple. She stuck to the point about what you needed to know. OVERALL: My family of three travel here from Houston to visit my adult son in Arizona for my birthday. This rental was one of the best we have ever rented. Very private. very comfortable very inviting smells great everything in its place.simplicity at its best not much clutter anywhere. We will definitely definitely visit again. Great job on this rental. Will see you soon.

Concert Getaway

My friend and I stayed for a concert and weekend activities in the downtown Phoenix area. This place is right at the heart of it all, making it easy to get around and have us a quiet place to rest after busy days. Great location and communication

I had to extend my stay due to some family health issues and the host was so kind during the request and process, I wanted to share. These days so many rentals are managed by someone other than the owner and it sort of defeats the point of this Vrbo approach. It was great to work with someone who saw me as more than a renter and supported through the requests. House was also great, which I can also see from many others posts.
