Located 300 m from the beach of Gilet, 400 m from Pontaillac beach and shops. Beautiful apartment offering a living room with sofa bed (changed November 2025, different photos), open kitchen with a south-facing terrace (with parasol), shower room, toilet, attic bedroom on the mezzanine with 2 single beds (which can be joined).
Private parking at the foot of the apartment.
Kitchen equipment: 2 classic and Vertuo Nespresso coffee machines, a dishwasher for 6 people, ceramic hob.
A washing machine in the bathroom, separate toilet.

Be careful opening of the shower screen very narrow (see photo, between shower and sink). The apartment is located on the 1st floor, access by stairs, private entrance, as well as Japanese stairs to access the mezzanine.

Royan is 1.5km and Saint Palais is 3.3km away. At 13/15 km you will find La Palmyre with the wild coast, the Lighthouse of La Coubre, the Zoo of La Palmyre etc

Possibility of renting bed linen via the concierge service 10€/person and 10€/person for towels (one large and one small per person).

On arrival, you will find sponges, dishwashing liquid and liquid soap (to be completed during your stay), a roll of toilet paper and paper towels.
Shower mat provided, loan of a tea towel possible (contact the concierge).

A welcome basket offered with a dishwasher tablet, a washing machine tablet and 2 coffee capsules.

Cleaning must be done by the tenants, a deposit check of 100€ will be requested on arrival and returned at the exit.
