Welcome to a bubble of nature, a quiet and cosy place to recharge your batteries with family or friends, where Jérôme and Élodie, who live on the site (with child, dog, rabbits and farmyard), welcome you all year round! Only 15 minutes from Limoges, 10 minutes from Bellegarde airport and close to all amenities, (5 minutes mini-market, pharmacy, tobacco and bakery - 10 minutes supermarkets, florist, bookseller, etc...), the Gîte La Baisse also offers you an environment conducive to walks and the discovery of nature.
You can also discover less than 30 minutes away the Martyr Village of Oradour sur Glane, the museums of Limoges, the Reynou zoological park, lakes and leisure activities (Cognac la Forêt and Bussière Galant)
Nestled at the gates of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, it is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends. The Gîte La Baisse is independent from the rest of the estate with its terrace and private garden. Let yourself be charmed by this old farmhouse typical of the Limousin renovated with care and come and discover the attractions of the region.

The jacuzzi can be used all year round subject to payment of an additional operating allowance per stay:
- For the months of September, October, April, May and June = 10€/day
- For the months of November, December, January, February and March = 15€/day

The gite provided the perfect setting and lodging for our 8 day holiday. The hosts, Elodie and Jerome, have finished the property to an exceptionally high standard, and the property is equipped with everything required for a truly home-from-home experience. The covered outside accommodation allows the space to be enjoyed all-year-round. The gite has the benefit of being located close to Limoges Airport (15 minute drive) and local amenities (5-10 minute drive), yet is set amongst rolling countryside. The gite provided our family with wonderful memories of summer 2025, and our children have already asked when we can return. Thank you Elodie and Jerome!

Cette location était exceptionnelle.Tout était impeccable.Nous sommes arrivés à 7 amis, que des adultes pour un week-end de retrouvailles.Nous avons découvert un hébergement mieux que ce que l'on imaginait! Nous y avons trouvé du calme , sérénité, une décoration de goût, un équipement exceptionnel, des chambres grandes et confortables, deux belles salles de bain, les pièces de vie agréables et un extérieur superbe. Le petit plus la pergola avec un jacuzzi très apprécié.De plus un hébergement dont les chiens sont admis avec un espace totalement clos et sécurisé.Le rêve pour toute la tribus.Merci à nos hôtes sympathiques et à leurs petites attentions.Nous reviendrons avec grands plaisirs.Encore un grand merci de la part des Clermontois et des Rochelais.

Très joli gîte. Récemment rénové et décoré avec beaucoup de soin. La maison est très calme et bien équipée, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis avec des enfants. Merci également à Jérôme, l'hôte, pour son accueil!
