Just a stone's throw from the sea, in an exceptional riverside setting, this fully equipped holiday rental is ideal for two people and features tasteful decor. Welcome to “Le Moulin”! Located in the village of St. Martin-le-Gaillard, in an exceptional setting that combines nature, the river, and tranquility, this former mill has been expertly renovated by the owners. You can enjoy the landscaped garden by the water while listening to the birds or relax on a lounge chair. You’ll especially appreciate the view from the living area and the sleeping quarters, which give you the feeling of being completely immersed in the outdoors. The nearest beach is 6 km away (Criel-sur-Mer), as are the main shops. Many tourist attractions are nearby: Criel-sur-Mer, Le Tréport, Mers-les-Bains, Eu, Dieppe... This holiday rental is not suitable for children (unsafe river). Important: The sound of the river can be heard inside the rental; this may not be suitable for those seeking absolute quiet. Single-story (access via a small, secure bridge): - Entryway leading to a bright living area with a view of the river, - Living area with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table, and a partitioned sleeping area with a 140x190 cm bed, - Fully equipped semi-open kitchen (dishwasher, built-in oven, induction cooktop, tabletop refrigerator with freezer, drip coffee maker…), - Bathroom with a large walk-in shower and toilet. Outdoor area (access via three steps): patio furniture with lounge chairs and a barbecue by the river. Board games. Animals on the property: horses and donkeys. Secure parking.
