Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhäuschen. Es war wirklich gut sauber, klar paar vereinzelte Spinnweben hier und da, aber im großen und ganzen alles sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, auch ihr Sohn. Sehr hilfsbereit und es wurde direkt reagiert, als bei uns leider das Warmwasser ausfiel. Am nächsten Tag alles repariert und die Heizung noch einen Tick wärmer gestellt, sodass dann alles gut passte für uns. Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral in Zempin. Alles gut erreichbar, ruckzuck am Achterwasser. Küche war gut ausgestattet, sehr sauberer Kühlschrank - für mich ganz großes Plus! Betten bequem. Können das Häuschen weiter empfehlen. Alles Gute und viele Grüße aus dem Erzgebirge!

Hübsches Ferienhaus, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Treppe nach oben war etwas eng. Die Sitzecke im Garten ist sehr schattig. Super war auch, dass der Spielplatz benutzt werden durfte.

Schöner Urlaub nicht weit weg vom Strand

Alles prima. Es war alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen in Zempin vom Ferienhaus aus.

Schön war‘s

Einfach nur empfehlenswert! Wir haben 1 Woche über Pfingsten mit unseren 2 Kindern, 5 und 11 Jahre hier verbracht. Das Häuschen ist hierfür super geeignet. Imminenten Stock befindet sich ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein Schlafzimmer. Im unteren Stock Wohnzimmer , Küche mit Essbereich und das Bad. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Vor dem Häuschen ist eine sehr nette Terrasse mit Grill. Die Vermieterin hat uns persönlich empfangen, sehr sehr nett und freundlich. Das spiegelt sich auch in der Wohnung wieder, als Willkommensgruß eine Flasche Sekt und ein außerordentlich sauberes, angenehmes Häuschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Ruhiges und gemütliches Haus mit ansprechender neuer Küche und liebevoll zusammengestellter Einrichtung. TV -Gerät mit ausgezeichnetem Bild. Die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist etwas steil, aber für bewegliche Leute keine Hürde.

Kurzurlaub im Oktober

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist für einen Kurzurlaub perfekt. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und der Spielplatz für die Kinder perfekt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß knappe 10 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Zinnowitz und Koserow. Wer einen kurzen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie sucht abseits des Trubels ist hier genau richtig.

Jederzeit wieder

Die Unterkunft hat uns gefallen. Es ist alles da was benötigt wird. Zu Fuß zum Strand war auch kein Problem. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

toller Ostseeurlaub

ruhige Lage,Fußweg ca.10 Minuten bis zum Strand, Strand auch für Kinder sehr schön.Bäcker 10 Minuten zu Fuß auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zugverbindung. Wer nicht den Trubel der überfüllten Ostseebäder mag dann ist hier das Ferienhäuschen optimal.

Zu empfehlen! Schöne Wohnung, verschlafene Örtchen

-Schönes Mietobjekt -Kleiner Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück -Autostellplatz vorhanden -nette Vermieterin -unkomplizierte Objektübergabe -Zempin ist verschlafen -Umgebung hat aber viel zu bieten (Zinnowitz, koserow,...) Würde hier wieder Urlaub machen!
