About this property

Vacation home on Usedom. In a quiet, idyllic location on the Peene river

Our cottage is situated on a 700 m² plot in a small pine forest about 100 meters from the Peenestrom.
The approx. 60m² large holiday home was renovated in early 2016 and received a new kitchen and new furniture.
There is a living / dining room with stove.
A kitchen with all the necessary equipment, such as: convection oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, water cooker, coffee machine, electr. Allesschneider, Mixer, etc.
Bathroom with shower / toilet
On the upper floor is a bedroom with double bed, as well as another bedroom with two single beds.
A terrace with garden furniture invites you to linger.
Bicycles can be parked in a small wooden block on the large property.
There is also a garden grill with gas service.
A car parking space is available on the property.

Toller Gastgeber, der umgehend antwortet und reagiert, wenn Fragen entstehen, bspw. zum WLAN, was anfangs nicht funktionierte (später dann schon). Das Haus hat im Grunde alles, was wir für einen angenehmen Urlaub gebraucht haben. Die Ausstattung ist modern, es gibt ausreichend Platz für alle und auch der Garten lädt zu Gartenspiele sowie zum Grillen ein. Was nicht so toll war, war die Sauberkeit im Haus, da hat wohl der Reinigungsdienstleister einen schlechten Tag gehabt. Und der Hausmeister gleich mit, denn der Rasen war auch nicht gemäht. Das Feriendorf ist schon bisschen abseits, aber sehr idyllisch mit netten Nachbarn und ganz viel Ruhe! Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannemder Urlaub und wir haben uns trotz der Reinigungsmängel sehr wohl gefühlt und ordentlich erholt, danke!

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus am Peenestrom. Sehr ruhige Lage im Kiefernwäldchen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Danke dafür. Wege zur Ostsee sind allerdings schon recht weit und nur mit dem Auto zu bewerkstelligen.

Tolle Lage

Das Haus und die Lage sind wirklich klasse. Mit unserem Vermieter hatten wir einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt und alles lief reibungslos.Allerdings waren wir von der Sauberkeit, welche in den meisten vorherigen Kommentaren so hoch gelobt wurde, sehr enttäuscht.Gerade das Bad ließ zu wünschen übrig; unser jüngster Sohn ist 6 und kommt mit allem in Berührung und da erwarten wir schon Top Sauberkeit. Ich möchte nicht die Flecken und Haare meines Vorgängers vorfinden, vom Toilettensockel ganz zu schweigen.Alles in allem top top Lage, top top Vermieter, nur die Stellschraube Sauberkeit muss nachgezogen werden !

wundervoller Urlaub mit sehr viel Ruhe

Wir hatten einen wundervollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt für eine Woche. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich auf Anhieb wohl fühlt. Die Sauberkeit war bis auf recht vielen schwarzen Haaren an den Wandfliesen im Bad astrein. Die Treppe hatten wir etwas unterschätzt aber glücklicherweise war ein Babygitter vorhanden, dass wir direkt montiert haben. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Knollmann.

Natur pur, wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Sehr sauberes, gut ausgestattetes und gemütliches Ferienhaus. Besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man vermisst nichts. Wir sind in diesem Urlaub sehr zur Ruhe gekommen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top-Unterkunft

In wirklich stiller Lage steht dieses Ferienhaus in einer kleinen Siedlung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub und die Ruhe in der Gegend hat dazu sehr beigetragen. Vielen Dank an die Familie Knollmann!

Wir haben 1 Woche hier die Ruhe, Natur, fantastische Sonnenuntergänge über den Peensstrom genossen und uns von Tag 1 an total erholt. Alle Ausflüge waren in relativ kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Das Haus und das Grundstück lädt zu einem ruhigen Urlaub ein. Auch die nähere Umgebung ist ruhig. Aber man kann auch die ganze Insel von hier aus erkunden. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage verbracht.

Ein ganz Besonderer Ort

Super schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber und der Kamin ist perfekt für etwas kühlere Tage. Auch die Nähe zum Wasser ist super. Fazit: Immer wieder gern Urlaub in diesem Haus.

Uns hat es sehr gut bei Ihnen gefallen, super gepflegt und umfangreich ausgestattet. Das Häusschen liegt wirklich schön ruhig und idyllisch. Fünf Tage waren zu kurz! Kurz Urlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche in Quillitz. Das Häuschen hatte alles was man benötigt. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Bungalowanlage. 2 min. ist man am Pleenesee. Kann man nur empfehlen.
