The yard for continuous large balcony facing south is accessible from the living room. Integrated in the living room open full kitchen is well equipped and has an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90x200) and ample closet space. The spacious bathrooms come with a bathtub and a shower, vanity and toilet. A washing machine is available to guests in the kitchen. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment, the bicycles can close the guests in a designated shed.  

This apartment house is located in the Maxim Gorky street, parallel to the promenade which connects Bansin Heringsdorf. The Promenade and the beach is just a few steps. Take a stroll along the promenade or the beach you reach the pier and the center of Heringsdorf or the Bansiner pier and the Bansiner center. The apartments are individually decorated, comfortably furnished and feature balconies. Car parking spaces are located on the enclosed property and are assigned to the apartments.  

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
