Boca Grande Beach House, South Unit- Great Price! Great Location!

The Boca Grande Beach House, South Unit, is 1/2 of a one-story duplex. The house is casual and comfortable. It has a combination living/dining room, two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with 2 twins) a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with step-in shower and a large screened-in porch across the back. There is a private, shaded side yard with table, chairs and chaise lounges.

The house is in a terrific location on a large corner lot, directly across the road from a 7-mile beach. It is caddy-corner to the historic Gasparilla Lighthouse. A short walk will take you to the charming village of Boca Grande with fun shopping and great restaurants. At the Boca Grande Community Center, you will find a workout room & play ground for kids. Don't miss the Johann Fust Library on 10th St. where you can borrow books and movies.Tennis courts and a Friday Farmer's Market (during season) are at the end of our street. The seven mile jog/bike path runs directly in front of the property.

Most of our guests choose to return year after year and consider it their 'home away from home’. Once you are on the island, you do not need a car. golf carts and bikes can be rented in town.

We came during a busy week so it wasn't as peaceful as we hoped but in terms of the property- it is nicely kept , well stocked & tastefully arranged, although we would have preferred a king in one of the bedrooms rather than all twins

It is a very clean, comfortable home on a nicely landscaped, large lot. The home was excellent value. We highly recommend it. The owners were very responsive.

Great spot in Boca Grande

The home was exactly what we expected. Perfect for the 4 of us. My two teenager’s and wife loved the location and the island. The home was well equipped and met all of our needs. Molly and Mike were helpful throughout our stay. Will look forward to renting the house again!!

Molly is the best!

Molly is the best! This is our third year Booking this property for Tarpon fishing season. Communication is always spot on with Mollie and we absolutely love the location and flexibility with this particular place. We will keep coming for years and will hope to get to stay here every time.

Great Rental Home

We drove, so were able to bring more of our personal items. The house was very clean, the furnishings were in great shape. It had a wonderful enclosed porch, perfect for reading! The home is directly across the street from the beach and the lighthouse. You can be sitting on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Walking distance to the town and restaurants. Ate at The Pink Elephant, South Beach Grill and Miller's Dockside. All were great! (Check times and dates for seasonal variations).

Wonderful!!

First of all, the hosts of the property are fantastic! Molly & Mike were VERY accommodating and concerned for our well-being during our stay, and we were happy to be able to meet them during our stay. I think the place was the cleanest of any place I have rented, and we really appreciated that the house was well stocked (in the kitchen as well as thoughtful items for personal hygiene.) Quality cotton bedding, coverlets, and towels show that the owners are concerned for their guests' comfort. We really loved the "old Florida" vibe of the place and will definitely be back (if we can get in)!

An amazing place to stay

The Boca Grande Beach House definitely exceeded our expectations! There are very few reasonably priced rentals on the island, and this property is definitely a value as it is set up perfectly, super clean, and all you need to do is walk across the road to hit the beach. We even enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our front porch. Molly is a wonderful host, promptly available if needed and very interested in making sure your stay is a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the Beach House if you are looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway.

My family has been coming to Boca Grande since the 1970's. We have all enjoyed our visits to the island over the years. My husband and I live about 1 1/2 hours away and are very "hands on" making sure everythng is clean and in good order for our guests.

Why they chose this property

The beach is directly across the street. Tennis courts and a Farmer's Market (during season) are at the end of our street. The property has a large yard with private, shaded areas for both the North and South Units. The neighborhood is quiet. A 10 min. walk will take you to the Community Center where there is a work-out room and playground for kids. continue walking to town for great shopping and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The house is a duplex. If the entire house (North & South Units) is rented, it will accommodate 8 guests. If one unit is rented, it will accommodate 4 guests.
