Absolutely wonderful spot. So close to the beach it feels almost like being on the beach, and close enough to town to walk. House is really well laid out, so that there is privacy in the bedrooms but lots of really good room to gather, inside and out. A perfect stay!

The location of this house is perfect, right across from the beach. It has everything you need, and a darling patio. We were so happy to spend our Thanksgiving here.

Elizabeth, our host, responds almost immediately. House was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. Beach truly is 3-5 minute walk. Private deck at house was also well utilized. Absolutely loved this stay.

Perfect family getaway!

Wonderful experience! Property is perfect for a family beach getaway. Had everything we needed, close to the beach and plenty of entertainment space. We’ll be back next year!

We stayed for 3 nights for a wedding in Boca Grande. The host was a great communicator with very quick responses to my questions regarding the house and area restaurants. The house was very clean and in a great location to the beach. We rented a golf cart which was fun and made it so easy when driving to shops and restaurants. My only concern with the house for us was that the 3rd bedroom is across the house from the bathroom. A long walk in the middle of the night:)

A relaxing beach vacation

The house was everything we expected! It was clean, great house to cook in and hangout on the nice back deck. It’s on a quiet street, right by the beach. It had great parking for a small boat and golf cart. We had a wonderful time!

Another wonderful stay

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Elizabeth's and it was perfect once again. She's an excellent host and clearly goes above and beyond to accommodate for her guests. The house is perfect for a family/friends beach vacation and comes with all the important features...we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful island and neighborhood. Easy to get around in a golf cart! Easy access to the wedding activities at The Gasparilla Inn, the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club, Millers Dockside and the Pink Elephant!

Beach getaway

We loved this home, so beautifully appointed and just the right size for our small family. Very child friendly and an easy quick walk to a beautiful beach. Rent a golf cart to get the best access to the quaint village and shops. You will feel like a local if you do!!!

Great house, great location!

We had a beautiful week on Gasparilla Island and this house was perfect for our family trip. The location was so convenient for beaches, trips into town for ice cream, dinners and sunsets. The house was well appointed, served us very well, four adults and two kiddos. Elizabeth was very attentive and very responsive to any questions we had, would highly recommend.

Such a great house in great location!

Elizabeth was very responsive before and during our trip, when we had a small question about the house. She's a perfect host! The house was great for our group of 5 women: close to "downtown," beaches, restaurants, shopping. Thank you!
