Good Apartment

Good one bedroom apartment in Port Ambonne, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Third time we have stayed in this apartment and will hopefully use it again next year.

Good property with nice location. Comfortable seating/lounging was lacking

Good bed and bath, modest kitchen, with modest amenities. No where to lay on patio, and very basic stools inside to eat. A little expensive for quality.

Appartement décevant, peu fonctionnel et manquant d’entretien

L’appartement présente de nombreux problèmes, tant au niveau de la propreté que de l’équipement et du confort. Rangements et équipements : aucune véritable penderie pour suspendre des robes ou des vêtements longs. Seule une petite penderie permet d’accrocher quelques chemises, avec seulement trois cintres à disposition. Il n’y a pas de lave-vaisselle. La cuisine est peu fonctionnelle et la porte du meuble haut retombe à chaque ouverture au point qu’on se la prend sur la tête. Salle de bain : elle est particulièrement problématique. La douche est bouchée et le siphon du lavabo dégage des odeurs d’égout. La cuvette des toilettes est totalement encrassée. Il est impossible d’installer un tapis de douche ou de suspendre correctement une serviette. Le tiroir du meuble de salle de bain est en mauvais état. Sous ce meuble, le pèse-personne est dans un état de saleté repoussant. Propreté et linge : le linge de lit et de toilette est de très mauvaise qualité et n’a pas été changé durant les trois semaines de séjour. L’aspirateur était plein et n’avait même pas été vidé. Plus généralement, la propreté de l’appartement laisse franchement à désirer. Mobilier et décoration : les coussins des fauteuils extérieurs sont tachés. La décoration est peu soignée, avec notamment des meubles ouverts qui donnent une impression de désordre. En conclusion, le manque d’entretien, les problèmes de propreté et les équipements défectueux rendent le séjour particulièrement décevant. Pour un logement à ce prix on est en droit d’attendre un minimum de confort, de fonctionnalité et de propreté. Je ne recommande pas ce logement en l’état.

Bon rapport qualité prix et bon emplacement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La personne qui nous accueille était très sympa, à l’heure. Quelques améliorations pourraient être fait afin que ce séjour soit au top (comme le canapé lit pas confortable quand il est plié, manque un congélateur, la bar qui prend de la place, etc)

Very nice stay - sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir wurden erst über WhatsApp und telefonisch, dan persönich sehr freundlich vor Ort empfangen und ins Appartment begleitet, am Ende wieder persönlich verabschiedet, optimale Betreuung. Das Appartment und die Umgebung war alles wie beschrieben, alles bestens. Gerne wieder!

Een mooi, schoon, goed ingericht appartement.

Een prima plek om te verblijven. De eigenaar was keurig op tijd om ons toe te laten en we konden op de dag van vertrek precies om acht uur weer gaan rijden. Een eigen parkeerplek zit op de parkeer plaats aan de overkant. Er ontbrak niets in het appartement. Zelfs een wasmachine. Met een twee pittertje en een magnetron kan je zelf ook nog aardig kokkerellen (voor het geval het uiteten niet hoeft). Het was het, het geld, zeker waard.

Bonne situation, proche de tout, parking a disposition, seule grosse ombre au tableau, un inconnu s'est introduit dans l'appartement vers 2h45 de la nuit voulant faire son commerce, heureusement que j'étais là et dans la cuisine...
