Convenient location. Took the free shuttle downtown most days. Easy access to highways when driving. Friendly staff. Room was clean and enough space for our family of 5 with 2 bathrooms and 3 beds.

The unit was fine as we didn't spend much time there except for o sleep. The unit was dated and the amenities in unit were sparse. It is outside of town so you would need transportation to get to downtown.

Perfect location for our annual mother daughter ski trip. Condo was quiet, clean, plenty spacious for just the two of us. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Free bus shuttle to Banff and Lake Louise reduced all the stress of driving and parking. Staff was always helpful.

To be fair: the staff were super helpful, and the property is clean. But it really does show its age. We enjoyed our stay, we came to ski not to lounge around after all :)If you plan on cooking, it can be done, but the kitchen is rather minimally equipped

We were comfortable in the condo and had what we needed. The kitchen utensils were kind of sparse and the knives were quite dull. The hot tub and pool facilities were nice and the location worked well for us.The only other thing that was not great is that the living room rug and furniture are very worn and didn't seem that clean.
