The condo was comfortable and exactly as pictured. The location is great with easy access to the office and the ROAM bus. We received free tickets for ROAM upon check-in and used it everyday we were there. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels provided. We only ate in one night and made an easy meal so the kitchenette was fine. We did have repeated issues with our key card, but luckily we were close to the office and it was staffed 24 hours.

Beautiful views and comfortable place to stay, convenient to Banff National Park. It was very helpful to get Roam passes from front desk, and they also provided maps and helpful information. Great views from pool and hot tub.

We were pleased beyond our expectations! Gorgeous views from everywhere. Staff was super helpful, friendly, polite. Warm water pool and hot pool right on property with pool towels right there. Fabulous for the grandkids and aaahhh after a day of hiking/biking for the grownups. Plus a play area with ‘bear cave’ for the kids?! AND a ROAM bus stop right on the property?! And who knew that the Tunnel Mountain campsite where our son and family had booked was an easy walk from us! It was all absolutely perfect. A big thank you to all of your staff. Keep up the great work. You are all amazing.

The listing stated there was a washer and dryer in our room. When we arrived to check in, was told the listing was incorrect. There is a washer and dryer that is used by the entire property. It was very busy, and you often had to wait. We also had a leak in the kitchen ceiling that leaked on you as you washed dishes. Finally, the WIFI was very spotty at times. I would not recommend this property.

This was a beautiful resort, rooms were very clean, 24 hour concierge onsite were friendly and helpful. We were able to checkout snow spikes for trail hiking. Hot tub pools were wonderful with beautiful view. Free onsite wood for the fireplace, and bus stop for easy rides to downtown and surrounding area at the resort, with free passes included. We had 4 adults and 4 kiddos under 10 with us, so the kitchen felt a bit small, but we will be booking again!!
