Fantastic stay near BeltLine, History, and Restaurants
We had a great stay! Appreciated the cleanliness, beautiful decor and charm of this historic bungalow. We came to see historical sites and museums plus ride our bikes and exercise on the nearby trail, and the location was perfect!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this lovely home and it definitely doesn’t disappoint! The location can’t get any better! Centrally located to everything downtown, a block from the infamous Beltline so close to our favorite spot the Ladybird! The house is so charming and expertly renovated and restored. The neighborhood is so quiet and friendly, you don’t even realize where you are. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is very organized and well appointed, both bathrooms are nicely decorated and clean. Host has thought of everything one could possibly need. We stayed in one night and grilled out, table was large enough to accommodate everyone. I also love having off street parking. We will definitely be back again, I forgot how much we enjoy this area of Atlanta! Host is quick to answer questions and all directions and information was crystal clear.
We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay somewhere central. The house is right near the Beltine on a cute little street and is exactly as pictured. It was perfect for two couples and a 2 yr old—we had a wonderful time!
We were in town for the Peach Bowl and had a lovely stay at the cottage. The location was amazing and it was the perfect size for two couples. Walking to Krog St market was a highlight of the weekend and we were never more than a quick Uber ride to anything we wanted to see. Thanks for a great stay!
The house fit our needs perfectly. Within walking distance of many things, including great food. Easy to drive to other attractions. Quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.
Beautifully decorated. Much better than when I lived there 18 years ago. Such a great location to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I just can't say enough about this house and the host.
House is exactly as shown in photos. Beautifully decorated with everything you could need. Three minute walk to Beltline with so many fantastic restaurants, Krog St. Market and more. Easy walk to Inman Park. Helpful and responsive hosts. We'll definitely be back!
Lovely home on a quiet street with friendly neighbors in a great location. The home was immaculate and spacious and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. We were there when it was super hot but the AC worked great and the house stayed cool. Easy check in and out. We loved our stay and hope to return (maybe when it cools off). Thank you Priscilla!
Every detail was taken into consideration: Top quality kitchenware, bedding, beds, and furnishings. Location was perfect to hop on the Beltline and explore an eclectice slice of Atlanta.
Firepit and back deck are both a bonus. Pricilla was quick to reply to my questions and we had zero issues with check in or otherwise.
This place is a gem for people who want to "chill at home" and also have easy access to the Atlanta scene. We would absolutely return if the opportunity arises to visit Atlanta again.
I booked the stay for my visiting parents and sister and it was perfect.
We had a small snafu with a broken fridge on day one (so I gave them a cooler with ice for their perishables), but Jimmy had a new one installed the next day!
Jimmy and Priscilla were great hosts, from the moment they allowed me to preview the property, to the end!
If there was one piece of feeddback, it was about installing a grab bar in the master bath (since its not a walk-in shower) which would add an extra level of comfort for those who may be a bit elderly.
Other than that, according to my fam, the beds were very comfortable, the house was well appointed and clean. And walking the beltline daily allowed everyone to digest their meals from the yummy Inman Park restos.
Everything was great! Would highly recommend!
We wanted to be on the Beltline within a mile or so from quality shopping, dining and drinking. We like comfortable upscale lodging, the kind with a well stocked kitchen, nice bedding, luxury linens etc, in a typically quiet street (there was construction a couple of doors down), nice outdoor spaces, gas grill, onsite parking for two cars etc-- and this place was all of that and more. I had a couple of issues, such as batteries that needed replacing for the automatic trash lid opener, and the host made it happen. Yes, I like when everything works well. In fact the host responded immediately to my texts (there were many) and took care of issues, without hesitation. We encountered rental car issues (unrelated to our stay) that involved extending our time and a potential late check out, and the host was gracious enough to work with us until we could resolve our problems. I forgot to mention that this house is in a community, near a school, so it was cool to see kids on bikes going to school and other families in the area. This is definitely a family oriented community for the traveler who prefers a beautiful, luxury homey feel to their accomodations; steps away from a vibrant social scene.
