You don't have to do any chores. That is why we have a cleaning fee. It would be really helpful if you can load and start the dishwasher for me... it take a few hours for the cycle to run.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No unauthorized parties or events. Registered guests only. Violations result in immediate removal, no refund, and deposit forfeiture.
Strictly no smoking or marijuana use indoors. Evidence of smoke or odor will result in a $200 cleaning fee and possible removal.
Dogs causing excessive shedding may incur a $50 additional cleaning fee.
