We had a wonderful stay at Alta Vista House! The location is perfect—right on the Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip, within walking distance of restaurants and Firehouse Winery, with beautiful lake views and private beach access. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and having A/C in each bedroom was a great bonus. A charming historic home in a fantastic location—we would definitely stay again!

The view from the porch could not be beat except for cleaning away some of the foliage blocking the breeze. Access to the beach was nice to have. Bathrooms could use updating, especially the tape sealing the only shower!

It seemed very private but was super close to all of the action. We loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoyed our time sitting on the porch with a great view of the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect location!!! So close to everything but at the end of a peaceful street. Great views of the lake from the porch and a cute restaurant a few doors down for breakfast or lunch! We loved being able to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go!

The views were amazing, the beds were comfy, the house was clean and well stocked. We very much enjoyed the walkway to the private beach and the local attractions! It was a much needed girls getaway, this place did the trick!

The house and grounds were lovely, situated on Lake Erie. The pictures in the listing beautifully captured the charm of this cottage/house. We already booked for next year, can’t wait to go back!

A short walk to the heart of the GOTL strip!

Just two blocks from the main drag, and located at the end of the street on the bluff of Lake Erie, made this a quiet setting to relax and watch the sunrise and sunset when not enjoying the atmosphere of GOTL.

5 guys in the area for a fishing charter.

The house was exactly what we where looking for. Great location over looking the lake. Everything is within walking distance and yet when at the house it is very peaceful!! The place was very clean and functional!!!
