It has it's own deck with sitting area where you can enjoy sunrises and soak in the peaceful views.
A stones throw from the Newburgh Waterfront, a waterfront walkway offering various night life and dining venues from casual to elegant as well a Spa with river views. River and mountain views with beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The hamlet of Balmville is an established area in Newburgh with a mixture of historic Victorian and Mid Century modern homes set within mature plantation. The Old Balmville Tree still exists here and is over 400 years old.
