The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Just down the hall, you'll find the king-size bedroom that features a private patio, great for an intimate meal or reading a book. Curl up into bed after a long day of exploring the town, and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen television. Savannah getaway near Forsyth Park

This unit was just the right size for my husband and I for 4 nights. It is well equipped and I really liked the parking spot and proximity to beautiful Forsyth park.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for us. We walked everywhere. The apartment was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was very clean. I would have given it 5 stars, but the couch with the pull out bed was very uncomfortable for me due to back issues, that we couldn't sit in the living space.

Father’s Day Weekend

We came to Savannah for the weekend and had a great time. The location of the property across from Forsyth Park was a selling point for us because we go to the park every time we come to Savannah. The property is exactly what is in the photos. Very nicely appointed , clean and spacious for two people. We will definitely stay here again soon.

50 & Fabulous In Savannah

Our trip was two-fold. We were celebrating my friends birthday as well as moving my son home from college after his freshman year. Our rental was perfect for our needs. It was neat & tidy & had all of the essentials. Location was terrific & loved that parking was included.

Great location but they need to call pest control…

Very convenient location and private parking included. When we first entered, there was an old mildewy smell and we had to spray air freshener. There is also a small millepede infestation and we had to kill 8-10 of them in our 2 day stay. There were also dead ones on the floor in the bathroom and living room when we first arrived.

Great Weekend Getaway

This place was exactly as the description stated. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was in walking distance to historic downtown. Uber was very accommodating as well to the places farther away since parking can be crazy during the weekend. The assigned parking was great except that we drive a full size pickup so it was a little tight getting in and out but it was doable since not all the assigned stalls had a vehicle in it. We only found one remote for the two TVs but minor inconvenience. Appliances worked great. Shower was good unless you’re really tall…lol. Overall, this was a great place to stay in Savannah. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Property Management Company were very nice and accommodating, great location next to Forsyth Park.Cons: Half of the lightbulbs in the living room did not work when arrived. There was a dead roach in the middle of the hallway. The king size bed only had 3 total pillows that were all different shapes and sizes (had to call and ask for more). The bathroom mirror was hung up by someone short, as I could only see neck down in the mirror (I'm 6'1). There were yellow stains all over the walls throughout the entire place. The ice trays were broken, so unable to make ice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lynwood was our 6th vacation rental with Lucky Savannah over the last few years and was another consistently great experience. This location was wonderful - so close to Forsyth Park, yet walkable to almost everything. We drove to the River area, but walked to the shopping, restaurants, and everything else in the historic district (and we are older!). The free and private parking is a big plus in this location. We were able to park, enter the flat, and then carry our things inside through the back door, just steps from the car. The spot for this unit can be a little tricky if the lot is full, but for us, it worked beautifully. The flat itself was immaculate and comfy. The kitchen area is small, but for two people, we managed just fine preparing a few meals. We really appreciated the lack of clutter in the decorating. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. As it was cold on this particular trip, we would have appreciated another blanket, but we always travel with an extra so it was fine. The heat worked well, though. This was another "A" flat from Lucky Savannah.

Great location

Everything was great. Cute and cozy. Had everything we needed and good location. However, there are definitely some electrical issues that need addressed. Most outlets easily fall out of the wall and half of them only half work.

Quiet Neighborhood / Newly Updated

We loved the location. Loved the room. Everything was clean and very modern. Parking was excellent and off of the main road. Check In / Check Out was easy. The water temperature problem in previous reviews must have been solved because we had no issue. The only suggestion I have to the owner is some of the outlets do not work or only half of the outlet works. The bedroom fan is on a dimmer that makes it buzz as well. Other than that we loved it, highly recommend it, and would stay here again!

Convenient and clean

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The apartment was clean and quiet and super easy to walk into the center. Having parking was a huge bonus. The property management was very communicative. The only thing to keep an eye on is that the unit number did not match up across all commicati9ns so we had booked a unit, but then it may have been the check in link had a different unit and then once we got into the correct unit, the guest stay book had yet another! It all worked out bit we did find it a bit comical so just know what your unit is and go from there. The only downside was the expectation there would be a private patio as in the description where we could relax with a glass of wine. However, while the sliding door off the bedroom did lead tobthe parking lot, it was not a place to sit but rather where the hvac and trash cans were. Not a big deal but a bit of a disappointment after the description.

Good Historic District Location

Bed was adequate, although it had a bottom sheet on it that was too small for the mattress. We asked for it to be replaced which was done the next day. The only other furniture we used was the sofa. When we sat on it the cushions sunk into the frame, so I wouldn't call it a quality piece. My biggest complaint would be the bathroom. Pretty grungy. The tile floor was very dirty and the shower could use a serious cleaning. Moldy caulk. I would recommend this rental but knowing what I know about it now I would only rent it if they guaranteed that the bathroom was indeed clean.
