Above Zell am Ziller, in the district of Zellberg, 4.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 100 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Hot tub, arbour, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station 4.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km. Gondola lift 6 km, ski bus stop 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 6 km, Ski-Zillertal-3000 8 km. Please note: not suitable for children under 6 years. Ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. Wellness area opening hours 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. "Aqua Life" steam bath, a cedar wooden tub filled with pure spring water and heated to 35 - 40 degrees. 1 sauna towel and 1 bathrobe per person are available free of charge. The garden pavilion is heated and can accommodate 10 people. Toys available. E-bike shop for a fee. No charging option for electric cars at the house.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, Handtücher wurden bei Bedarf gereinigt, die Nutzung von Sauna, Wirlpool und Dampfbad war täglich möglich. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage.Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Tal und die Berge. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfreich bei Fragen. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war super und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem. Der Wellnessbereich war super und hat auch verregnete Tage schön gemacht. Da die Unterkunft am Berg liegt, kann man auch direkt Wanderungen von der Unterkunft aus starten. Wenn man gern Rad fährt, kann man ebenfalls gut ab der Unterkunft eine Tour starten.

Super nette Gastgeberin für erholsamen Urlaub

Die super sympathische Gastgeberin A. hat uns nett empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. In der Unterkunft fehlte es an fast nichts. Das was vermeintlich die Vormieter gebrauchen konnten wurde uns direkt zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Auszeiten in der Sauna oder dem Whirlpool wurden perfekt vorbereitet so dass wir alles genießen konnten.

Der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung Anita hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen.Die Lage am Berg mit Blick auf Zell am Ziller und die umliegenden Berge war wunderschön.Man könnte sich keine bessere Aussicht vorstellen.Unsere Gastgeberin Anita war super zuvorkommend und freundlich.Sie hat uns an ihren Insidertipps teilhaben lassen und stand auch sonst bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung.Die Möglichkeit den Wellnessbereich nutzen zu können, war vor allem für Saunaliebhaber ein großer Pluspunkt.Gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns von der 1. Minute an in unserem sauberen und gepflegten Appartment wohlgefühlt. Die Eigentümerin bewohnt die EG-Wohnung und ist jederzeit für alle Anliegen erreichbar. Sehr sympathische Dame. Die Aussicht ist grandios und der Whirpool und der Badezuber bilden das absolute I-Tüpfelchen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Gerne immer wieder !

Unsere Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen, Sitzmöglichkkeiten und Lounge in 3 Himmelsrichtungen. Der Clou bei schlechtem Wetter ist der Whirlpool und die Sauna mit Dampfbad.

Fijn, gezellig appartement

Eenvoudig maar comfortabel appartement. Je moet wel de berg naar bovenrijden maar je zit ook in Oostenrijk en dan heb je een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. De mogelijkheidom elke dag gebruik te maken van de jaccuzzi, sauna en hottub is zalig. Een aanrader!
