For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 100 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Hot tub, arbour, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station 4.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km. Gondola lift 6 km, ski bus stop 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 6 km, Ski-Zillertal-3000 8 km. Please note: not suitable for children under 6 years. Ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. Wellness area opening hours 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. "Aqua Life" steam bath, a cedar wooden tub filled with pure spring water and heated to 35 - 40 degrees. 1 sauna towel and 1 bathrobe per person are available free of charge. Apartament Anita spełnił całkowicie moje oczekiwania .Dom z przepięknym widokiem ale jeżeli chodzi o dojazd łańcuchy obowiązkowo trzeba mieć.Pani gospodyni przemiła sympatyczna i pomocna osoba.Wyposażenie domu zadawalające,może brakowało kuchenki mikrofalowej.Wieczorny relaks w saunie i jacuzzi nieocenione.Skibus pod samym domem bardzo przydatny.Ogólnie ocena bardzo dobra.Na pewno tam jeszcze wrócę.

Groot appartement op grote hoogte

Het appartement was groot qua oppervlakte, maar niet logisch ingericht. De woonkeuken was vrij klein en matig ingericht. De slaapkamers en badkamers waren groot en comfortabel. Er hoort ook een soort woonkamer met bankstel bij dit appartement, maar daarvoor moet je eerst naar buiten naar de grote skiberging. Er is ook wellness, maar de jacuzzi was niet warm genoeg en de sauna was ook niet echt heet. Wifi matig. De weg naar het appartement is steil, waardoor sneeuwkettingen echt nodig zijn

Gute Ausstattung mit sehr freundlicher Gastgeberin

Das Haus Anita ist auf dem Zellberg gelegen und hat dadurch eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattungen von Zimmern und Küche erfüllten unsere Erwartungen. Der Skibus fährt direkt vor der Tür. Für bis zu zwei Stunden pro Tag gibt es im Preis enthalten Sauna, Dampfbad und Whirlpool. Die Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus. Was will man mehr? Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft insbesondere die Vermieterin hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Schöne Zimmer, gute Ausstattung und ein großartiger Blick ins Tal - sowie die Wellness-Etage - haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die jederzeit für uns da war, ist ein weiterer Bonuspunkt dieser Unterkunft.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick und super Wellnesbereich

Die Unterkunft bietet genügend Platz für 8 Personen und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Dame des Hauses ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Besondere Highlights sind der Brötchenservice und natürlich der genaiale Wellnesbereich mit Sauna und "heißem Fass mit Quellwasser" Zu beachten ist nur, dass die Anfahrt bei Schnee ohne Schneeketten nicht zu empfehlen ist! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nie jest to apartament o najwyższych standardach, ale nikt takiego nie obiecywał. Natomiast sauna a w zasadzie małe SPA rekompensują niewielkie niewygody. Na narty zdecydowanie polecam. W przypadku opadów śniegu łańcuchy raczej niezbędne.

Schöne Unterkunft allerdings nicht für mehr als 4 Personen

Wir waren zu fünft in der Suterrain Wohnung untergekommen. Zu aller erst möchte ich einmal die Positiven Aspekte der Unterkunft Hervorheben. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und immer Hilfsbereit. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt und waren ausreichend vorhanden auch der Brötchenservice war sehr gut. Die Austattung im Bereich Schlafzimmer war auch gut die Betten waren bequem und die Decken nicht zu dünn. Der Wellnessbereich war auch sehr schön, vor allem auch sehr sauber und immer mit neuen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Auch lärmtechnischt gab es keine Probleme. Der Geschirrspüler hat seine Dienste getan und man müsste nicht von Hand spülen. Auch gut war das man sich nicht um seine leeren Glasflaschen kümmern musste. Nun allerdings zu einigen negativen Aspekten. Es gab nur ein Badezimmer wo sich eine Dusche und eine Toilette befanden, das kann dann sowohl morgens als auch abends wenn alle duschen wollen zu einem Problem werden und zieht alles sehr in die Länge. Ebenfalls problematisch ist, dass dieses Bad im unteren Teil der Wohnung ist, d.h. Die Personen die in den Separaten Schlafzimmer untergebracht sind müssen immer erst durch das halbe Haus laufen um auf die Toilette gehen zu können. Und damit komme ich auch zum nächsten Punkt, es wird zwar auf dem Inserat darauf hingewiesen dass zwei Schlafzimmer über das Treppenhaus zu erreichen sind, allerdings wird nicht erwähnt das die zugehörige Tür von der Größe her nur von Kindern Gefahrenlos benutzt werden kann, da diese maximal eine Höhe von 1,40 m aufweist was in unserem Fall bei dem ein oder anderen zu Kopfschmerzen geführt hat. Die Küche bzw. der Aufenthaltsraum war soweit in Ordnung, bis auf die vielen Haare auf dem Fellteppich. Allerdings auch negativ aufgefallen ist die Ausstattung, neben einer fehlenden Schere, Käsereibe sowie Kartoffelschäler gab es für den Herd eine Zeitschaltuhr/Eieruhr welche man aufziehen muss damit der Herd funktioniert, was eigentlich kein Problem ist allerdings macht dieses Uhr keine Geräusche wenn sie aus geht was dazu führen kannn das der Auflauf um Ofen, bei einer Abwesenheit schnell mal ohne Hitze ist und somit noch länger braucht. Damit komme ich auch zum nächsten Punkt es gab nur ein Rost im Ofen und auch keine Auflaufform mit der man genügend essen für 5 Personen hätte machen können, allerdings könnte man dies dank netter Nachbarn in der Großen Wohnung im Obergeschoss ausgleichen. Man muss allerdings dazu sagen, dass in unserem Freundeskreis ein Koch mit dabei war und sich das Ganze daher etwas schwieriger gestaltet hat. Zuletzt möchte ich noch auf die Lage hinweisen, wenn Schnee vorausgesagt wird sind Schneeketten nicht nur eine Empfehlung sondern wirklich zwingend notwendig auf Grund der hohen Lage am Hang, allerdings kann man in dem Fall auch gut den skibus morgens nehmen. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft nicht schlecht allerdings etwas Problematisch für 5 Personen und für mehr definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Eher für eine Familie mit 1-2 Kindern.
