70m2 Topfloor apartment+30m2 terrace, partial sea view, 500m from the beach,WiFi

!Please note that construction work has begun in the neighbourhood in January 2026 and will last for two years.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have!

The Topfloor flat (70 m2 + 33m2 terrace and balcony) is located on the entire upper floor of the villa and has a separate entrance.

It is close to the beach, only 4 minutes walk away. Approximately 500 metres to the beautiful sandy beach and the promenade.
You don't need a car here in the village. Shops, restaurants, ATM, bus station, post office, doctor etc., everything is within easy walking distance.
It is an ideal quiet and central location.

The 1 bedroom flat with 1 large and 1 small bathroom is very well equipped:
with free WLAN, satellite and cable TV (with international channels), HiFi -system, very well equipped kitchen with bar and coffee maker, mosquito net windows, shower and bathtub, washing machine, sun beds and beach towels, a large furnished half-covered terrace and much more.
For your own comfort there are ceiling fans and air conditioning. As there is also central heating, a stay is pleasant even during the winter months.
In addition to your private terrace and balcony, you also have access to the communal roof terrace to enjoy the sea view.

As we also live in the villa, you will be personally greeted on arrival and we will also be available to help and advise you during your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Praia de Luz; our hosts were just great and very friendly. The apartment was very spacious for two people and was very clean. Wonderful outdoor terrace. Close to the beach and restaurants.

A must stay in Praia da Luz

Everything what you need has the apartment and more. Katja and Eddie thought off everything. It’s clean, spacious and very comfortable. Large terrace, two bathrooms, lots of towels, comfy double beds, ironing board, complete kitchen, enough sockets, washing machine and very well maintained. Privacy guaranteed. Eddie and Katja are super hosts as all reviews will tell you.

Best appartement-surprise ever

Everything was perfect. The appartement had a lot of space, it was very cosy and clean. The airco was more than sufficiant and all the little details (bottle of water in the fridge, bottle of wine to welcome us, everything to get our first cup of coffee, nice soft towels, etc. .....) made us immediately feel at home. The terras was our absolute favorite. Our hosts were very friendly and offerd any kind of help we could need. Certainly an adres to remember.

Wir waren dieses Jahr nach 2020 zum zweiten Mal bei Katja und Ed zu Gast. Das sagt ja eigentlich schon alles. Trotzdem: Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man im Urlaub braucht. Wem die 600 Meter zum Strand nicht zu weit sind, ist hier goldrichtig. Sollte die Algarve wieder mal auf der Urlaubsagenda stehen, immer wieder bei Katja und Ed!

Idéal pour allier visites, randos et plages

Très bien situé (idéal pour allier visites, randos et plages), le logement est très pratique, spacieux et très propre. Le balcon permet de profiter de l'extérieur (vue montagne/ ciel étoilé) sans souffrir de la chaleur. Des ventilateurs permettent de bien dormir la nuit (clim aussi). Le logement est à côté d'un tres bon restaurant portugais et près des commerces et plage (point de depart d'un superbe chemin côtier.Semaine très reposante et agréable avec des hôtes très accueillants (merci).Nous conseillons vivement !

1 Woche im Herbst

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Luz, strandnah und ruhig in zentraler Lage. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Luz ist ein guter Standort, um die Küste der Algarve mit dem Mietwagen zu erkunden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war von Anfang bis Ende super.

Excelente local para ferias

O apartamento é exatamente como vemos nas fotos, é novo e têm excelentes condições para uma estadia confortável perto da praia (400 metros). Quando chegámos o apartamento estava super limpo, a comunicação com a Katja foi muito boa, ela é uma anfitriã excelente, não conseguimos apontar uma única falha nesta estadia, o melhor alojamento de ferias de praia onde já ficamos até hoje, e já ficámos em muitos, recomendo vivamente.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement du 12 au 23 mai 2024. L’appartement est très spacieux, confortable et agréable. Katj & Eddie have truly put their hearts into the apartment. Every little detail thought of, very clean, beautifully designed and furnished and nicely stocked. Very helpful, excellent communicating and yet not intrusive. The location is great, with a 5 minute walk to the beach and stores and restaurants on the water..

Excellent séjour.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et sa grande terrasse est un plus. Son emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région et la plage à 5 min à pied est un privilège. Katja a été parfaite et se met à la disposition de ses hôtes. Nous avons adoré la région.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht.

Grosse Terasse, zwei Bäder eines mit doppeltem Waschbecken und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht inkl. scharfe Messer. Die Besitzer wohnen unten und waren jederzeit Hilfsbereit. Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze vor der Tür.

Diese Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber und mit einer tollen großen Terrasse. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und man kann dieses Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben hier tolle 14 Tage verbracht.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Wohnung ist super. Sie war bei unserem Einzug fast klinisch sauber. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Strand, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns von ersten Tag an sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder mieten, wenn die Algarve wieder auf unserer Urlaubsagenda steht. Mit einem Satz: Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
