The apartment is located on the ground floor. It has 3 rooms, d. H.über a living room, a spacious bedroom, a second bedroom, a separate kitchen and a spacious bathroom, making a total of 60 square meters. In the living room an LED - flat screen available and Internet Wi-Fi available. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, a wardrobe and a dresser. A second bedroom with a bed of 90 cm x 180 cm is available. The bed in the second bedroom can be moved out and thus offers another extra bed. The separate and comfortable kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and a complete dining and cooking utensils set. The spacious bathroom has a shower area 120 cm, a furniture vanity and a toilet spülrandlosen. The apartment is lovingly furnished and decorated to specific topics. A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is available. A bicycle parking is in the yard.

The holiday home "Haus der Gemütlichkeit" was completed in April, 2015. Our guests should feel comfortable with us - why we are here. If you have any requests or questions - just ring the bell. We always like to stand with help and advice available. The plot is located seven minutes from Ribnitzer center and yet in a quiet, green location. It has its own parking space and can be used all year round. Guests will find a modern, comfortable 60 sqm apartment with underfloor heating on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves in the preparation of meals nothing to be desired. A small sun terrace on the south invites with its comfortable seating. While smoking is not allowed inside the house, this vice can be indulged on the terrace. In the attic is a 35 sqm apartment with inviting lovingly decorated furniture. Also here is a fully equipped kitchen.
 
The tourist tax, which is due from 2018, is payable to the landlord. The amount is per person max. 1,50 € per day.
