The quiet apartment is located in the 1. Floor of a modern multi-family house (3 WE) in the center of Ribnitz-Damgarten, just a minute from the harbor and market square. It was renovated in September 2015 and fully furnished with great attention to detail re. In autumn 2016 we built one
Balcony, so that our guests can now enjoy a nice sunny spot in a quiet location only for themselves. Parking is available in front of the house. The bright, allergy-friendly apartment can accommodate two people. It is equipped with a living room / bedroom including double bed 160/200 with bedside cabinets, extra mattress decoys, bed linen, blankets, bathrobes, reading lamps, two leather armchairs, root wood table, wardrobe, flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, incl. A pull-out table with two chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with ceramic hob, sink, refrigerator incl. Freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plenty of glasses, dishes, pots and cutlery u. V. M.
The bathroom toilet, shower, sink, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, towel rails, incl. Towels.
Wardrobe with mirror are located in the hallway.

All rooms are tiled, except for the living room, which has parquet flooring.
The grill in the yard and the clothes dryer can be used if necessary.
For our guests who love the sea:
we have for you on request always a beach shell, a windbreak or even a
Beach blanket in stock :)

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage und mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Fußläufig Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, komplett ausgestattet, wirklich alles da was man benötigt. Der Balkon war sehr schön mit Markise, nach hinten raus und sehr ruhig. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir im Flur sicher abstellen und auch die Akkus konnten im separaten Raum geladen werden. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist super schön und mit Regendusche. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kaffeevollautomat, schönes Geschirr, alles vorhanden was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Das Bett ist super bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt noch 2 elektrisch verstellbare Sessel, super zum entspannen und ein Buch zu lesen. Parkplätze an der Straße vor dem Haus sind kostenlos. E-Auto Ladestationen sind auch im Ort vorhanden. Die Eigentümerin war super nett. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen, zum Ortskern sind es 3-5 Minuten Fußweg und zum kleinen Hafen auch. Viel zu entdecken in der Umgebung gibt es auch.Alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, genau wie diverse Restaurants im Ort.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt Vielen Dank nochmal an Katrin für den tollen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt

Eine sehr gemütliche, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtete Fewo mit einem schönen Sonnenbalkon.Mitten in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe.Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Wir hatten eine schöne woche das zimmer/wohnung war sehr ordentlich und sauber wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken konnten wir immer in der nähe der Wohnung kostenlos.

Wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung. Liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch ne Menge Ausflugstipps waren vorhanden. Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Viele kurze Wege zum Hafen, zum Marktplatz, zu Cafés und tollen Restaurants. Lebensmittelläden auch vorhanden. Fazit: Urlaub sehr genossen. Ich kann diese FeWo nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser kleinen, schönen, gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett. In der Wohnung wurde an alles gedacht, auch Insektenschutz an den Fenstern ist vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und es ist nicht weit bis zum Stadtzentrum und zum Hafen. Auf der Straße vor dem Haus haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Fahrräder können im Hausflur abgestellt werden.

Freundlicher Empfang,Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet.Sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt.Bike Abstellplatz im Hause.Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig.Kurze Wege für den täglichen Bedarf.Der Weg zum Yachthafen beträgt ca.2min.Die Lage ist perfekt zum Radfahren und Tagestouren in größere Städte zu unternehmenWir haben uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt.Gerne werden wir nochmal den Urlaub hier buchen.Viele Grüße aus Velbert NRW

Perfekt für den Ostsee-Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und gemütlichen Wohnung in bester Lage. Ideal für 2 Personen Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeberin,. Sehr schöne Fewo am Bodden

Die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen, die sich an der Ostsee zwischen Warnemünde und Stralsund erholen wollen. Auch in Ribnitz selbst gibt es genügend zu erleben. Katrin ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung steht. Für das Auto stehen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ausreichend öffentliche und kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Fahrradvermietung in der Nähe. Viele schöne Ziele in der Umgebung. Ideal für Fahrradfahrer. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in Ribnitz.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten wirklich schöne Tage in Ribnitz Damgarten und in der Wohnung "Kleiner Seeigel". Von Frau Blunck sind wir sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich, sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Wir haben uns der Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!
