You will feel like a Celebrity and we will treat you as such! This house is right on the lake and around the curve from the local boat hangout called "The Sand Bar". Park your boat in our private boat dock!

What makes this property unique

Because of Arkansas' humid weather & this property being in a country setting, wildlife such as deer, skunks, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, fox, armadillos, snakes, mice, owls, bugs (moths, flies, water bugs, spiders, ants, walking sticks, mosquitoes, etc), &/or other wildlife may be present on or near the property. Bugs may also come into the house, even tho we spray at least monthly.
