Easy access to the Canal, restaurants and grocery stores. Loved walking the canal in the evenings. Having onsite washer/dryer a plus. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.
The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was convenient to the canal for walking. Very nice kichen and shower. Communication with Cheryl was great. She couldn't have been any more accommodating!
This was absolutely what we needed when coming to visit WNY. Typically we would stay at an area hotel, but we decided to stay somewhere a bit cozier with a bit of extras. Located conveniently close to everything the Tiny House did not disappoint during our bi-annual visit to the area. It was extremely clean, comfortable and again CLOSE to all. Communication was outstanding. Check-in and explanation of everything was great. We would absolutely stay and WILL stay in the Tiny House for our future visits to Brockport.
Loved it super cozy! Very nice place to stay for a couple days if you are thinking of a vacation stay. Super clean, and easy place to get around! I highly recommend it!
Clean, cute little rental close to my daughter’s house. Would absolutely rent again!

The cottage was very cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It is in walking distance of the college campus, which is what we wanted. Would stay there again, if I’m in the Brockport area.
We had a wonderful stay. It area was peaceful and very close to Main Street Brockport. The home was immaculate. It had everything we needed with thoughtful extras thrown in. Cheryl was a super host. I look forward to returning.
We stayed for two days to celebrate my son’s graduation from SUNY Brockport. We were very happy with the house. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location for us The owner was very easy to communicate with and checked in on us several times to be sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay
We stayed a week in the Brockport Tiny Jewel with our mini dachshund! It was appointed with everything we needed and while pet friendly, it exceeded expectations in the cleanliness area! Will definitely stay again when we return to the area! Thanks, Cheryl, for your efforts in making our stay so affordable and enjoyable! God Bless!
If you’re looking for a place to lay your hat a night or two, this is definitely should be on your list. No frills but super clean. We still feel we got our moneys worth.
This little house was very clean and in a good location. During my stay they were working on the bridge to downtown so I couldn't walk to the shops but is was a short drive. I would recommend this house but limit your clothes very little storage.
The house was just as described, very comfortable and well cared for. We had every amenity we could need. I appreciated the hanging rack with hangers in the bedroom when I did laundry and could hang items to dry. The empty shed was perfect to store our bicycles. The house is close to the road, but the road is quiet, so that was never an issue. I'm glad the house was available for our stay in the sweet town of Brockport. It worked out perfectly for us.
We loved it! It had everything we needed. The drapes were very tasteful and fit just right, but they were see-through in every room. I would have liked the option of pulling down a shade for more privacy once it got dark out. Other than that, loved it!!
