About this property

Suburban Family Friendly 4 BR!

This charming Cape Cod situated on a quiet tree-lined street is larger than it appears!

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances for cooking and entertaining. There are two TVs in family areas. A bright sunroom hosts a cozy stone gas fireplace. From here walk out to the deck and fenced in backyard.

The garage holds one vehicle, with an EV charging station if needed. The driveway is double-wide and suitable for oversize/work vehicles and/or trailers.

Sleeps up to six -- with one bedroom and a full bathroom on the first floor plus two bedrooms with a full bath on the second floor. There are two queen beds and two single beds in total. A full bathroom in the basements gives you three full bathrooms!

There is a sun-filled office on the main floor with a work desk and two chairs.

Minutes away from both Wegman`s and Aldi grocery shopping.

Pets welcome if approved by host. The yard is fully fenced. Please indicate if you are bringing a pet, and a $25/night/per pet fee will be forwarded a few days before your arrival. Discounted rate may be available based on breed and/or duration of stay.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

Up from SC for my daughters wedding, including the bride, the home provided the space we needed. It was clean with ample space. We did hair and makeup in the sunroom, it was a great open, well lit area, multiple windows. The backyard is fully fenced, yard well maintained. Would recommend.

Very clean and comfortable property. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Within 10 minutes of airport and about 15 minutes from downtown. Clear check in directions and all necessary details provided for our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy house in a nice neighborhood that is near everything

Cozy house located in a nice neighborhood. Great sunroom for relaxing, and a back deck to enjoy the sun. Lots of stores within 1 mile (grocery, shopping, food, gas, others). The host was fantastic and made sure we were all set. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

This house and yard was phenomenal! Our dogs loved the large, fully fenced yard to run and play. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. It was 5 minutes from a grcery store, target and lots of restaurants. We were an hour from Niagara Falls, 20 minutes from the zoo and lake ontario. The house has good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has adequate space for cooking. We loved the light- filled, tiled room, and spent most of our time together there. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions we had, and offered immediate assistance.We will definitely book here again!

We’d Happily Return

Probably my favorite VRBO experience yet. Lovely, modern, uncluttered home that was a perfect fit for our family of 5. The property managers checked in often and were quick and gracious in their responses. Quiet neighborhood just a quick drive to stores and RIT and airport. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed in this house for a family weekend. It’s in a great little development super safe, never felt uneasy. All the beds were clean and comfortable. The property has everything you need and in a great location. 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to be. Cheryl checked on us everyday to ensure we were good and if we needed anything. If we visit the area again we will definitely look to make sure this house is available.
