Beautiful villa with ocean & lagoon views, walk to the beach!

Lovely villa with modern amenities and a spacious feel. It’s a 3min walk to the Lagoon of Obidos & Beach of Bom Successo. Gorgeous ocean view from all 3 bedrooms. The tidal Lagoon changes every 6h, which makes a beautiful new sand painting each time.

The Lagoon lends itself to water sports like kiting for beginners and experts alike, stand up paddle boarding, and a safer and easier access for families to enjoy the water than the Atlantic. There is biking, walking and bird watching around the Lagoon. Medieval Obidos and Caldas the Rainha with its daily outdoor farmer’s market 20min away. 4 restaurants/bars within walking distance, at the edge of the Lagoon. Otherwise quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

All bedrooms have bathrooms attached. There is a general bathroom on the first floor as well, in addition to a half bathroom outside to use with the pool. Our large pool provides fun and refreshing exercise, right next to the outdoor BBQ grill. Upstairs are three balconies, each with gorgeous views, the main deck has a table and a chill seating area.

We have one SUP and two Bikes to use at your leisure. There is a front line bike and walking path all around the Lagoon, with spectacular views, fishing, and bird watching (seasonally even Flamingos!).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent stay

Very spacey villa with a stunning view. Clean, everything you need was there. Nice pool. Restaurants and a little shop in walking distance. Wonderful beach. We had a wonderful time in Villa Vista. Be sure to bring something long sleeved, as the Atlantic might bring a strong wind.

Just perfect!

Fabulous villa in a perfect location. Beautifully appointed villa with lovely touches like the welcome hamper on arrival. The pool was great and offered stunning views of the ocean and lagoon. The location is quiet and feels very "local" which we loved. We ate in the restaurants on the beach front (2 minute walk) for both dinner and breakfast. Food was great and service friendly. We can't wait to come back.

Very nice holiday home

Very nice holiday home. Fully furnished, pool and gardens are manned weekly. Each room is clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a beautiful sea view outside the window. Although there is a certain distance from the supermarket, the environment is quiet and safe. Not far from surfing. The hostess also communicates very well. The whole family loves it here. We will be back again.

Sehr schönes Haus am Meer undan der Lagune

Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet mit schönem, sauberem Pool. Kleines Geschäft in Laufweite, gute Restaurants auch in Laufweite. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten un unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Alquilamos esta vivienda para pasar una semana de julio y la estancia en ella ha sido prácticamente perfecta. Cierto es que nos costó encontrar la casa, pero más por fallo nuestro que otra cosa, ya que las indicaciones de la dueña fueron buenas. La casa en sí está equipada con todo lo que podíamos llegar a necesitar, la cocina es impresionante, el salón lo mismo, la limpieza es muy buena... por no hablar del jardín, perfectamente cuidado y grande, el cual hizo que nuestros perros se pasaran el día corriendo en él. La piscina está genial también y ponen a tu disposición juguetes e hinchables para el disfrute de niños y adultos. Además la playa está a literalmente 3 minutos andando. Eso sí, es necesario tener vehículo sí o sí, tanto para llegar como para ir a comprar (solamente hay un mini mercado en 20 kms a la redonda). Por sugerir algo, sería que el día que les toque venir a los jardineros no lo hagan a las 8 de la mañana, ya que estando de vacaciones apetece dormir hasta algo más tarde y el cortacésped no ayuda, haha. En definitiva, una casa espectacular, tanto por dentro como por fuera, con un entorno aun más increíble. De diez.

einfach traumhaft

Wir haben als sechsköpfige Familie eine Woche unseres Portugalurlaubs in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus verbracht. Alle Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders überrascht und erfreut waren wir über die absolut großartige Küchenausstattung! Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt, um entspannt kochen zu können. Selbst Tupperdosen, um Reste zu verstauen. Eine Auswahl an Gewürzen und Ölen, die wir Zuhause nicht besser haben. Lediglich mit dem Hinweis, alles was man verwendet/aufbraucht, wieder aufzufüllen! Für uns eine tolle Erfahrung und wir hoffen sehr, dass alle Mieter das zu schätzen wissen und die Ausstattung so aufrechterhalten bleiben kann. Abgesehen von der Küchenausstattung, gab es in jedem Zimmer eine Bluetoothbox, eine Menge Bücher, Puzzle, DVDs, eine Playstation und ein paar Kinderspiele. Unsere Kinder waren verrückt nach dem "Wer ist es Spiel". Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der große Pool ein absoluter Traum. Der Strand/die Lagune sind sehr schön und wirklich toll für kleine Kinder und sehr schnell zu erreichen. Im Poolhaus gab es diverse Schwimmutensilien und ein tolles StandUp Paddle. Etwas mehr Sonne in unserer Urlaubswoche hätte es perfekt gemacht. (wir hatten im Juli nur 2,5 von 7 Tagen Sonne! Sehr schade! Ach so und auch die Kommunikation mit Katharina war sehr nett! Sie war total bemüht uns mit Babyausstattung auszuhelfen und uns erwartete ein sehr nettes Willkommensgeschenk im Kühlschrank! Einzige Mängel: das Gartentor ist aktuell nicht verschließbar (steht permanent offen), im Pool sind ein paar Kacheln lose und ein/zwei Lampen funktionierten nicht. Für uns kein Grund zum Meckern, wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
