Nestled in the heart of the Pavones area, less than a 10 minute drive to the main Pavones Surf break and just a 5 minute walk to a secluded beach.
Piña Hills is a newly constructed villa featuring unique architecture. It includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an amazing natural stone pool, top of the line BBQ area and all the bells of whistles of a modern home, including a bar top, spacious living and dining area and not to mention fast fiber optic wifi. A modern oasis!
