This apartment is a 10-minute walk away from the Warm Mineral Spring Fountain Of Youth. It has a private driveway in which all guests can park their cars. The stream in the back of this property is safe to swim in and flows directly from the Fountain Of Youth.

Some believe Ponce de Leon hoped this was The Fountain of Youth. (Some also believe that Ponce was never actually searching for The Fountain of Youth.) (I still am, though…)
Eight million gallons of water a day flows through and replenishes itself every 2 hours.
