PARKING:
-2 cars can park in the heated garage, another 2 in the driveway.
-The surrounding area offers a wealth of outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling, fishing, golfing, and more. In winter, enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding at renowned resorts.
-Please be mindful of our full-time neighbors by respecting outside quiet time and no late parties.

- We have an electronic keypad which controls access to the main door of the house.
- You have full access to the home, the deck, parking & the amazing neighborhood filled with bike trails, and hiking paths.

☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)

• 4x4 or AWD is mandatory from November through May for safe access to the property.
